This is wonderful, works great, much nicer then the gel, because the gel has been known to fall off my finger before I get to apply it. And the smell is very nice! Total recommend!!

Oh my gosh, a cream that REALLY works. With arthritis in my hands, it is impossible to type if I do not use the Biofreeze every other day. The stuff is great. But, watch out with your hands touching other parts of your body. You will feel the cream cooling where you touch for the first six or seven hours. Surprisingly, the effects last for a couple of days. Yes, it has a pleasant menthol smell that goes away after a couple of hours. The cream dissipates easily into the skin and is dry within fifteen minutes.

As someone with a lot of neck and upper back/shoulder strain, this product provides a warming sensation on the skin - allowing me to fall asleep at night. A couple of Advil doesn’t hurt either, but this product definitely helps alleviate the nagging pain.

Can't live without this cooling, soothing cream. It gives so much pain relief !! I only buy this one. It’s stronger than the regular one. Very effective !

It”s effective, but needs reapplied after a few hours. Easy to apply or better yet have someone to rub it into your back. Great on neck and shoulders, knees too!
