I got these to help cool down my skin before my IVF injections and they work perfect. They are the perfect size and stay cool for a very long time! I keep 2 of them in my mini fridge and they don't freeze but they are really cold. Perfect temp to help with the before and after! Plus, they are too cute! I love the "I'm ok" written on them, helps remind me that I'm okay and this will be over soon!

While they say lunch box, they are pretty small even if you use all of them, not very fuctional for a lunch box. Perfect to put a cold compress or warm compress when needed. They are soft and remain pretty soft when frozen. Since there are 6 to a pack, I put them in a small plastic box to keep them together and protect them in our larger freezer to protect them from other frozen stuff or box corners. They can be warmed up in 15 secs in microwave or put them in a bowl of hot water in the sink. They are the perfect size. Heating pads can be too large or too hot. These can be brought up to a desired temp quickly. Directions nor the listing says HOW hot. I wouldn't put them in a standard 1000W microwave for more than the listed time of 15 secs (on package) or 4-10 mins in a bowl of hot water. (manual) 3-5 mind or 80-90F (package). For cold, it says 2 hours but you can get some cold compress out of them in about one hour while the rest chill down further. Perfect to keep on hand in the freezer. I especially like their softness and that they are designed for heat and cold.
