So far so good. The best thing I like about this is that it is only 1 capsule a day. It seems to work well. I do get a little burp of cinnamon later but nothing too bad.

In my experience, this stuff works better as an anti-cholesterol aid than blood sugar aid, though it does help. My cholesterol levels are great, though. Coupled with fiber supplements too. The ticker's never been clearer. It's also my belief that it might actually be better than the statin drugs from the doc's office, but don't take my word on that. Everyone's different.

This is a great product as it helps keep sugar levels down. I take it three times a day.

Seems like a good product quality and great price at the time. ALso convenient with the high concentration can just take 1 capsule.

The benefits of taking cinnamon have made this a must have part of my daily supplements. Ceylon cinnamon being the super powered version made this a no-brainer as the supplement of choice for me. I use multiple products from this brand, so I don't not use this daily. They have a pleasant smell of cinnamon and a cinnamon after taste. Since starting this product I had recently lost some weight and have managed to keep it off. If I am having any digestive issues, I make it a priority to take this as it is easy to take a capsule.💊
