i have these in other patterns so i know what i'm buying - they are great casual light shoes with shorts or slacks, order a half size smaller than you usually wear. you also do not wear these with socks - at least i would not. they are comfortable for an afternoon or night out. you're not buying these as everyday mocs - they are designed to accent an outfit. i have flat feet and arches - while "ok" they are not designed to be supportive.

I did not like the soles on the shoes. I sent them back. They were really nice looking. I bought the loafers with the boating shoe sole like I usually keep instead.

It is a great pair of shoes that I will re-order in different colors, BUT it starts tight and stretches over time. Thus the first few weeks of wearing it are always a difficult before it stretches enough to feel just right. History with these shoes shows that it will remain just right for a long enough time before it starts to feel a little too lose just around the time that the shoe is worn out enough for me to order another pair anyway. The buyer should be aware of the stretch factor when buying a pair like these.

Is there a way to get an exchange for a defective product? Or at least have the cost of repair covered? The stitching came loose today and it has been only just over 2 months since these shoes have been worn

According to my husband these are the most comfortable shoes ever made. He is a medical doctor, so he spends 10-15 hrs per day of work on his feet. He insists on wearing only this particular shoe, so either his mother or I buy him a pair every year.
