One of my favorite features is the sturdy headband—it’s made of plastic rather than rubber, so it doesn’t strip like my previous headset. Another great feature is the mic’s auto-mute function. If you lift the mic from your mouth to your ear, it automatically mutes, which is super convenient.But the standout feature for me is the active noise cancelling. As a stay-at-home mom who works from home, this is a game-changer. It effectively blocks out background noise, whether it’s my baby, neighborhood dogs, or the garbage truck honking outside. With my old headset, I constantly worried about noise interference, which gave me anxiety, especially when I had to manage my child or deal with unexpected loud sounds.This headset has made my work life so much more comfortable and stress-free. I can even move around and know that background noise won’t be picked up during calls. It’s a significant investment, but completely worth it if you’re looking for reliable noise cancellation. I've been using this headset for a couple of weeks and can confidently say it is the best headset I've ever used.I researched for a few weeks before settling on this one and was serious about testing it. I've tried it in a myriad of situations, some more noisy than others to test its mic: while standing next to a working washing machine and dryer, while my family members scream from a couple of steps away, while my home office window is open and the family dog is barking its head off along with the dogs next door and across the street, while there's a loud TV nearby, and on a memorable occasion while my mother was blasting music right outside my door, and when I say nothing is heard besides your voice, I MEAN THE PEOPLE YOU'RE SPEAKING TO CAN ONLY HEAR YOU. It is seriously amazing!Now, regarding the headset's ANC, I've only used it on especially noisy days and it works remarkably well, though I have to confess I rarely use it since prolonged ANC use gives me headaches, so I can't attest to its full potential, but the mic is a godsend. I don't much care if I can hear the world happening around me so long as my clients cannot, especially dogs, rain, music, or even my ceiling fan.It is comfy to use for prolonged periods, you can easily pick up oncoming calls with the button, and mute or unmute yourself by adjusting the mic.It even helped my productivity because now I don't have to wait for the passing truck, the construction noise or the dogs to quiet down before taking or making another call. Highly recommended!

This review is for the UC version (non-Teams) w/ ANC.The microphone does an excellent job of filtering all noise other than your voice. The headset build is lightweight and rates highly on comfort.For those wondering, there is an ANC button on the lower left ear cup that allows you to toggle between two modes: Talk-through (hear your environment/colleagues around you) and ANC on. There is no mode to completely turn off ANC or talk-through features, but I can appreciate that there are at least two options available.The ANC feature itself is mediocre. (Note that this is referring to filtering out office/loud noises for YOURSELF; whereas the microphone can completely block out all noise other than your voice, meaning that those on call who you are speaking with will only hear your voice). The ANC is more along the lines of Active Noise Reduction -- so you still filter a lot of the background noise for yourself, but do not expect complete noise cancellation along the lines of Apple AirPods Pros or BOSE QuietComforts.For an office or WFH related setting, the ANC capability is not as largely as important to me compared to great comfort, a clear-sounding microphone, and reliable wired connectivity. If the ANC was moderately stronger, this headset would get 5-stars.

I work in an open office environment and host MS Teams meetings all day. After a lot of research and discovering my AirPods are terrible with MS Teams I found some YouTube videos of this headset and decided to give it a go, based on their examples on sound in an OOE. These are fantastic!! They cancel out almost all noise around me and even better the people on my calls cannot hear my noisy background at all! You have to be sure to turn on ANC for it to work (button on side of headset). The mic will mute and unmute you on MS Teams when you lift and lower it. My co-workers still have crappy headsets and I can always hear people around them and I tell them you need to get this headset!!! Just buy it you won’t be disappointed! Super comfy too!

The sound quality is great and so is the quality of the mic. Super easy to use, and the noise cancellation is insane. I tested with my husband, I got on a call with him and stood up against the tv with the volume all the way on 100 and he could not hear a thing except my voice. I’d definitely say these are the perfect headphones if you work from home and have children. The cord length is great not too long or too short. Super comfortable, which is definitely important! I hate when I have a headset that feels to tight and gives me a headache. These are definitely the best headphones I’ve ever had, I use these for work and haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Love, love, LOVE!!
