We use a micro planer, zester, to shave the blocks and put it in our coffee. The taste is great and we put it in one cup of coffee although we have two to three cups per morning. A great antioxidant!

I really like this cacao. I actually purchased it by accident as I thought I was purchasing cacao powder.I learned about ceremonial cacao because of this purchase and have been making it every morning.I would love to give 5 stars but I can't since I am unable to find any information on the product's heavy metal levels.This will cause me to find a brand that certifies that there are no or low levels.

Waited a few weeks for this to come in. It was delivered to my mailbox. When I opened up the package it was completely melted into a liquid. No returns allowed on this item. Way too much money for a crappy delivery of the product. Very disappointed
