This is a lovely lamp and looks as good off as it does on. It has 3 different light modes that you change by touching the astronaut, holding for longer brightens each mode.It loses a star because the listing says it comes with a 5ft USB cable and a USB wall adapter. The USB power cable is only 80cm (2ft 8 inches) and there is no wall adapter. And although that doesn't detract from the product itself, it might make a difference to where you intend to charge it.The listing also says it's non rechargeable, which of course it is.All things considered this is a very nice lamp and would make a lovely gift.

I am surprised that such a basic item costs as much as it does.The lamp is fine, doesn't weigh much at all and the light is sufficient.The quality of the moon surface rendering although accurate, is very cheap.Feels rather tacky.It is my opinion that this should cost £10-20 not £50<edit> since my initial review this item has been reduced to £40

However, I must express my reservation regarding its reliance on a micro USB charging port. In this day and age the continued use of this outdated cable seems rather odd.Despite these minor drawback I must commend this light for its overall quality and aesthetic appeal. It serves as an excellent night light for children or a charming addition to any desktop.

😍 Je suis absolument fan de cette veilleuse que je trouve magnifique. Elle représente la lune en arrière plan avec une lumière diffuse sur les extrémités de la lune, ça rend un aspect vraiment MAGNIFIQUE dans une chambre. Au premier plan, on y voit un homme qui sert aussi d'interrupteur tactile, c'est à dire que pour l'allumer, il faut appuyer sur le petit bonhomme ce qui n'est pas évident à deviner ! Il y a deux intensités, j'utilise l'intensité la plus faible. On peut aussi choisir un éclairage plus chaud, à chacun ses préférences. La veilleuse se recharge via un port MicroUSB. Le câble de recharge est fourni, pas l'adaptateur.👉 C'est une merveilleuse idée cadeau, aussi bien pour les petits que pour les grands. Tout le monde a toujours besoin d'une petite veilleuse aussi bien pour la lecture dans le lit, ou pour avoir une lumière légère qui n'attaque pas trop les yeux la nuit. Son design est vraiment sa grande force, c'est une veilleuse qui fait rêver. Elle est assez légère, mais je ne pense pas qu'elle soit trop fragile. La texture de la lune est assez agréable aussi. Elle tient très bien debout sur une table de chevet. Elle fonctionne très bien, pensez à tapoter le petit bonhomme !Superbe, magnifique, j'adore cette veilleuse ! Je recommande à 200% !

This moon and astronaut nightlight is very cool! It is large enough to provide illumination to a larger room and the craters of the moon and astronaut is easily visible but it isn’t too big that it limits placement. It is lightweight and feels well made, and adjusting the brightness and changing the color temperatures is seamless and easy by touching the little astronaut. I like that this light can stay plugged in via usb and it can also be used wirelessly as it is rechargeable! My only complaint is that I wish it would dim more as the lowest brightness is still a bit too bright for me to sleep with.
