Bought this for my 98yr old Mother to assist reading newspapers, food labels and prescription labels. What a wonderful magnifier. It's easily held in my hand. The lights are in the right place on its handle and the three lighting options around the magnifier easily adjustable. They are exceptionally warm to my tired old eyes. I especially love that the magnifier can be recharged without r the use of batteries. The bonus is the bag that houses the magnifier, which also serves as a cleaner. Superior device. And the magnification is excellent! I absolutely love this product.

In order to read with my macular degeneration I need a bright light, high magnification, and light weight magnifying glass. So far I have purchased four different magnifying glasses. This one has the brightest light and is the lightest weight. The shape of this glass is good for reading.. I like not having to buy batteries and the time to recharge is pretty quick. I have two downsides. The button to turn the light on is positioned on the handle so I am always turning it on or off. Also, the acrylic lense is very easily scratched. This has become my most used glass for now. If they offered a 10X I would get it. The lense issue of scratching is solved by just being aware and being careful.

I should have bought this a long time ago. The one that I was using was 60 yeas old and failed a few weeks ago. I wanted to fix it but then I saw the Magnipros. This one is so much better. The lighting is so much better. The coverage is so much bigger. The ease of handling is so much easier. Map reading is easier and reading material in unlighted places is made possible. How about pill containers: no problem!Great product!
