I can see why the seller didn't include an image of the watch box. It really knocks the visual value of the product down...Especially when its a gift.

Dreyfus watches are stylish items - I have the men's 1946 and my wife wanted the ladies' for her birthday.The watch arrived promptly from BWC and in time for my Most Important Stakeholder's birthday. Unfortunately the watch - upon present opening - didn't work. Here we go, I thought, let's see what happens now. My hopes weren't high as this was now just before Christmas.Have to say that BWC exceeded all my expectations in how easy it was to return the watch to them and have it back to me in working order so quickly at such a busy time. They just got on with it and turned the thing around quicker than I ever expected.Well done BWC. It is often only when something goes wrong that one gets the true measure of a retailer's customer service. I would recommend them and buy from them again.And the watch itself is beautiful! Dare to be different and try something a little more original in 2010.........
