GUM Go-Betweens Proxabrush Cleaners Tight - 8 ct, Pack of 3

My hygienist recommended I start using inter-dental brushes to help reduce my receding gums. The tissue around four of my molars had receded to 6mm and they required application of antibiotics help counteract the problem. Prior to this, I had regularly flossed after brushing. Now, I use these and the wide version with a little toothpaste after my nightly brushing. I still need to floss around one tooth because the gap is too tight for even the smallest brush.I just had my scheduled checkup and cleaning after five months of the antibiotic application and the use of these brushes. She said the tissue is looking healthy and has recovered by a significant amount! All of the other areas of my mouth look good as well!!I HIGHLY recommend these brushes as an adjunct to regular brushing! In my opinion, they are so much better at cleaning than floss ever could. There are several different sizes available from GUM and other manufacturers. Ask your hygienist for recommendations and samples. I don't think you can go wrong!

My hygienist suggested I buy these to finish my real cleansing each day.. I now use them instead of toothpicks and when I need to sort of polish a particular area. I think they are very helpful and handy. I believe they come in five thicknesses, so you may need to ask a dental professional what thickness to buy. I use the one in green; my teeth are pretty close together.

I'm unable to floss between my teeth due to hand issues. These Proxabrush Go-Betweens do a marvelous job of cleaning between my teeth, and they're easy and sanitary to slip into pocket or purse.

OK product, but if you use daily it can cause quite a lot of irritation

They do a great job of cleaning along the gum line. Brush heads tend to bend easily.
