This model fit my needs. You might have to try a few adjuustments for fit. Number one is that you do not have to button it. Controls are easy to learn.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this because the reviews were more positive than many others and because there was a sale. I just received it today right on time and it was well packaged.It seems well constructed and looks nice. The size is fine for me despite others saying it ran small. My only wish is that it would actually get hot. I turned it to 6 (the highest setting) which I would describe as "Warm". I reminisce about the old days when heating pads actually got hot, but I've purchased many only to be disappointed every time. This at least is a bit soothing on my shoulders as I work/type all day.

Love it great size and easy to use

THis comfy neck and shoulder warming pad is light and comfortable. After I began a new exercise routine, I noticed nre pain and tightness at the base of my skull. When I plugged it in with the long, sturdy cord, I could relax in my easy chair in the evening, knowing I was hastening the healing, right to the area of my need. It is also versatile, warming up tightness in my low back. I felt is was a perfect gift for Christmas, or anytime extra tension brings on neck and shoulder pain. If you have recently started a new physical therapy program, this little warming pad gives comfort and warmth right where iit is needed, and at the affordable price you can give an extra one as a gift, welcomed at any time of the year. So get two, and don;t fight over who gets to use it tonight!

I purchased 3 of these, one for me and 2 for gifts. I opened mine as soon as I received it. Nice packaging, nice fabric, like the control options 30, 60, 90 and 2 hour durations. Nice long cord. It goes up the neck nicely, but isn't warm enough. It does not cover the entire shoulder well. (I am petite) It needs to have some weights on the back because it rides up if you want to lie down. It doesn't get warm enough to be as effective as a regular heating pad. I think it would be an ideal gift for someone if they use it while sitting up and doesn't need it as warm as a regular heating pad.

Fits nicely and stays nice and warm. Really helps my neck pain.
