Sturdy, Clean, and Easy to Adjust
This boom arm exceeded my expectations. It’s solid, holds my microphone securely without sagging, and the low-profile design keeps it out of the way while recording or streaming. Cable management is clean, the adjustments are smooth, and it stays exactly where you position it. Assembly only took a few minutes, and it instantly made my setup look more professional. If you’re looking for a high-quality boom arm that feels premium without the premium price tag, this is an easy 5-star purchase

Incredibly strong low-profile arm. Thick metal & amazing cable management!
This boom arm is an absolute massive upgrade for any gaming or streaming setup. If you are looking for something that is incredibly strong, this is exactly what you need. The all-metal construction is seriously impressive—the metal is so thick and heavy-duty that it feels virtually indestructible right out of the box. It provides unbelievable stability and holds my mic perfectly in place without even a hint of sagging, no matter how much I move it around. The mount that you screw to the desk is also insanely strong. If you put it on properly just like the instructions say to do, this boom arm is not coming off. It anchors perfectly to the desk and provides a super secure grip. I absolutely love the low-profile design because it can be set to extend right under the bottom of the monitor without interfering with the screen at all. The arm extends smoothly, and it rotates a full 360 degrees, giving you a ton of flexibility to adjust it on the fly while streaming or gaming. On top of the insane build quality, the hidden cable management system is top-tier. It keeps everything looking incredibly clean by hiding the wires completely inside the arm so they aren't hanging everywhere. It is such a well-designed piece of equipment, and I completely love it. The overall look, feel, and sheer strength of this thing are just amazing. Highly, highly recommend! (P.S. I also posted a full video review of this boom arm paired with the K688 mic over on the Fifine K688 Amazon product page if you want to see it in action!)

Upgrade from the standard boom arm!
This boom arm does exactly what it's supposed to do. It looks better than the standard Fifine boom arm, and feels much sturdier. I have some nitpicks with this boom arm, but I can't rate this any lower than 4.5 stars, even with the following nitpicks: Length - I have a wider desk (about 32 inches), and the boom arm is clamped on the back. With the arm fully extended, my Fifine AM8 was a little too far from my mouth, and I had to buy a 6 inch extender to get it where I wanted. Screw Holes - If you clamp this at the back of your desk like I did, and the desk is pushed up against the wall, if you want to open the mouth of the clamp where the boom arm is supposed to install into, you need to use the allen wrench from behind where you can't see the screw hole. I ended up having to remove the clamp, widen the opening, and then reinstall the clamp. I wish the screw hole was on the other side for convenience sake. Other than these issues, I'm pretty happy with the product! The boom arm looks great, the built-in cable management is very much appreciated, and it has more than enough mobility to get your mic exactly where you want it. The additional extenders I installed do slightly affect the weight balance and stability of the upper arm, but it does not move around on its own. I might be able to resolve that issue with tightening the control arm, but have not done so yet. Pros: Installation was easy, articulation is intuitive. Feels much more quality than the standard Fifine boom arm. Cons: Awkward screw placements, just a little bit too short for my exact desk. Final Verdict - Worth the money.

Very nice looking and good functioning arm. 5/8" adapter not correct size!
First off, and the reason I bought it, the arm looks very nice. No exposed springs. Channels for well hidden cable management. It works very well with a few caveats. I'm using a very heavy Blue Yeti, so I did need to tweak the mount out of the box. You will need to use the included hex wrench to tighten/loosen the two joints to allow easy or tensioned motion of the main two part arm and table mount. There is also a finger tighten screw on a friction mounting to a ball joint threaded piece that mounts your mic. The only issue is that you may need to keep tweaking that to readjust the mic based on how you want it as you rotate the arm into position. It's easy to loosen to move and tighten to fix. One note is that the arm segment closest to the desk mount only rotates around that point and does not raise. This makes vertical height of the arm limited to the second arm segment (about 15"). Perfect for what I needed since I wanted an arm that I could move to the right in front of me while sitting and then move away after meetings. This does that perfectly while looking clean with hidden wires. One complaint is the provided adapter for 5/8" that is not 5/8". It was slightly smaller or a metric equivalent that did not fit my mic. I had to buy another adapter from 1/4" (the threaded end on the friction ball joint) to 5/8". Another $6 to the price. Annoying but not the end of the world. Overall, a good, discreet, good looking, low profile, and reasonably priced mic arm with great range of motion and extension for a desk mounted mic.

Great choice for upgrading to a higher quality mic arm.
I had always had really cheap mic arms because i never felt it was necessary to use something more expensive. But, I didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make to upgrade to something that is much cleaner, has more mobility, and also looks really nice with the rest of my setup. The low profile feature allows for it to come out from underneath my monitor without being completely in the way. I also REALLY like how when you move it, there is little to no noise. Which is great when i’m in discord or voice chat. When installing it, I did have a bit of a jumpscare because my cord for my mic was too close to the screw where it attaches on the arm, but i found that removing the extra piece allows for it to connect. So compatibility was not an issue. All round, fantastic product. Definitely worth the small investment, and the product is high quality.

sturdy and well built
Hell of a product for the price. The build quality, sturdiness, and value here are honestly hard to beat. I was expecting something flimsy at this price point and was completely wrong. The arm is solid metal, feels well made, and once it’s set it stays put — no drooping or sagging even with a heavier mic on it. The desk clamp bites down tight and doesn’t wobble. The low-profile design is a big plus if you don’t want a boom arm hovering in your shot or your face. It swings out of the way easily and the cable management channels keep everything clean. Setup was quick and the included screw adapter meant it worked with my mic right out of the box. For podcasting, streaming, or just cleaning up a desk setup, this does everything I need and then some. Great product, great price — no complaints.

The Best of Booms
After spending years building custom water-cooled gaming setups and managing equipment through various roles in IT and content work, I have learned that the cleanliness of a workspace directly affects how productive and focused you can be. The FIFINE Boom Arm Mic Stand has done exactly what I hoped it would when I installed it on my desk. The cable management features built into the arm allowed me to declutter a significant amount of the cords that previously cluttered my workspace, which has made my entire setup look more professional and feel more functional during recording and streaming sessions. The build quality is another area where this boom arm stands out. The construction feels solid and well engineered, not the cheap flimsy material you find on lower priced alternatives that wobble or sag over time. The arm moves smoothly through its full range of motion and holds its position firmly once placed where I want it, which is critical when you are working on voice acting or podcast content and need the microphone exactly where it should be without constant readjustment. For the price point, the FIFINE Boom Arm delivers excellent value and I would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their podcast, streaming, or content creation setup without overspending.

Good Boom Arm, Good Aftersales Support
=Intro= I have this Boom Arm attached to a Fifine AM8 for casual communication uses as I am upgrading my audio set-up to have a dedicated mic and headphone solution as opposed to a headset/mic combo, as the mic on my current headset is failing. =Aftersales Support= Originally when the arm came, the hand screw piece that clamps the mic down to the arm broke after I tightened it. I then reached out to Fifine Support [Rosie] about the issue, and after a few days, I had a brand new hand-screw part in hand at no cost to replace the old one, which now works and does not suffer from the same issue, so thank you for good after sales support on that. Now, as for the boom arm. =Physical Specs= The arm itself extends to a total length of ~28 inches, not including the length of your mic, which I feel is ample to position your mic roughly ~5 to 6 inches from your face even from a laid-back posture, if you were all the way pushed in to your desk. You can tighten the joints of the arm with included hex wrenches. I have not tested the tightness of the joints after tightening as that's not my use-case. The clamp itself has a very small desk footprint, taking up about 2.5 inches in width, and 2 inches in depth on the desk. The ball joint for adjusting the mic at the end of the boom arm is a bit finicky to adjust at first, as one clamp is responsible for adjusting the mic left and right, and also up and down. Luckily, the aforementioned hand-screw makes tuning this a bit easier. I've got it tightened to a point where I can adjust it with some force while tightened, but the mic still holds in place. =Cons/Feedback= Something that I wish they had added is the ability to drill the boom arm into your desk as opposed to a clamp, similar to a monitor stand. It's hard for me to tighten the arm entirely due to the clamp's position on my desk. This does not seem to be a common concept amongst other boom arms for some reason. Also, instead of a long hand screw to tighten the clamp from the underside, it would be nice if it was a cross-style or T-style hand screw so it would be easier to tighten the clamp in tight spaces [i.e, between desk legs and a drawer which is where my clamp is]. I'm not entirely sure if this is due to me over-tightening it, or adjusting it while tightened, but the ball-joint's powder coating seems to be scraping off a little. This doesn't seem to affect the functionality of the mic as a whole, or the overall general appearance, but just something to note. I do feel at times the clamp or the socket (unsure which) where the arm where the arm connects to the clamp is a tiny bit wobbly if I brush it with my arm, but I would say is stable at the end of the day. =Price= I got it on sale at ~40$, however even at MSRP, this is a solid buy as a beginner level boom arm. It holds my mic in place, pushes away easily when I don't want it there. Most other boom arms start at ~70$ from the research I had done from more established audio companies [Shure, Rode, Elgato, etc] for a hanging boom arm, with low-profile options costing more. I definitely feel like that this is a very competitive pricepoint for this boom arm.

Super cute pink boom arm! It matches the Fifine mic I have! You can clamp it to your desk and it is super easy to set up. Very high quality for the price point and is a must for my gaming setup. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a strong boom arm that holds your microphone and compliments your setup. It makes it super easy to move your mic around and adjust your liking.
