🌟 Elevate Your Energy, Embrace Your Age!
MAAC10 NMNH is a next-generation NAD+ supplement featuring 250mg of Dihydronicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMNH) per serving. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, providing a potential two-month supply. Early research indicates NMNH may be significantly more effective than traditional NMN or NR supplements, offering a sustained boost in NAD+ levels for up to 20 hours. Manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and third-party lab tested, this supplement supports energy conversion, DNA repair, and overall wellness as you age.

Energy boost
I have been taking different NAD boosting supplements for the last year or so, but this is my first time trying this NMNH supplement from MAAC10. This comes with 60 capsules with a 2 capsule serving size for a 30 day supply. The price is a little high but not as expensive as some of the NR capsules I have tried in the pastI have been taking these for about a week and have experienced some positive results. I seem to have overall increased energy and less fatigue. I haven't noticed anything drastic, but at my age even a modest boost can make a pretty big difference in my overall feeling of well being. I will continue to take these for the next few weeks and evaluate from thereI would encourage anyone interested to do some research to see if this is something that might benefit you. I have seen conflicting reports about the benefits, and there are some noted potential risks that you should be aware of before starting any new supplement. It can be hard to know the quality because the supplement market is saturated with poor quality products, so I do appreciate that MAAC10 does offer some 3rd party testing results, but I would recommend being wary of extraordinary health claims. Very few supplements will make drastic differences, but can be helpful as part of an overall health plan

No issues with the pills themselves
As a product, there was no flavor, and only a slight odor. Pills were easy to swallow. In my anecdotal experience, I can't vouch for any of the effects claimed in the description. When taking, I didn't experience any noticeable changes. Admittedly, I was not controlling for diet, sleep, and exercise, so take that for what it's worth. This is an expensive compound at between $1.50-$2.00 per serving, and it's hard for me to assign a value, as there aren't many others offered on the market. So please do your research on NMN and NAD boosters.Science is still emerging in this area, so again, please do your research. One example of why research is warranted - elevated levels of nicotinamide may be excreted through the liver with methyl groups. So some users are also supplementing TMG to augment the methyl group levels that available for other bodily processes. Consider researching other compounds to take in concert with this one.

Inexpensive NAD supply but noticed side effects
I have tried costly nicotinamide riboside (NR) and was intrigued by the study that mentioned NMNH is a NAD+ precursor with advantages over NMN and NR because it is metabolized through a different, NRK and NAMPT-independent pathway instead of NAD+ getting quickly wasted in the typical pathways.I haven’t noticed a particular benefit from supplementing the product or increased energy, similar to costly NR. However, one unusual side effect I noticed is that when I was exercising on a treadmill with my heart rate monitor, my heart rate was more elevated than usual, and I was not able to run for as long until I reached my upper heart rate limit, leaving me feeling exhausted. I was concerned with this effect and searched other product reviews and found someone claiming that NMNH may cause dangerous pseudohypoxia if you consume carbohydrates at the same time. I can’t find any research or science behind this claim, but it correlated with the effect I experienced, which caused some alarm.I’m sure the product is what it claims to be, and I appreciate the clean formulation that has been third-party lab tested, but as with all supplements, individual benefits and experiences may differ due to a variety of factors and physiological variables. It is also possible that with ramped-up NAD+ activities, it may have caused a rundown or depletion of other co-factors that contributed to my particular experience. No matter, I thought to share this with others to be aware of.

It "may" increase your NAD+
Most studies have been done on NMN. There have been only two animal studies done on NMNH. NMN can no longer be sold which is why you find NMNH now. Plus, the studies were done using injections which is VERY different from taking something orally. Regardless, the potential benefits are promising and you might notice some benefits from taking this.2 capsules gets you 250mg which is within the range that most sources recommend. This particular brand is GMP manufactured, but has NO 3rd party testing. Considering the cost of this supplement I absolutely want to know that I am getting what I pay for. You just don't know without third party testing. That's why I am giving it 3 stars.

Good
The bottle comes completely wrapped (think of the normal wrapping on the lid, but the whole bottle). Then the paper seal on the bottle is strong. The capsules are smaller than average which makes them super easy to take. No stomach issues after taking them. I do always find it funny that there is a rating for "flavor" lol. I've never cracked open a capsule to find out, nor will I!

recommended
I've been taking NMN and related supplements for a while. I can't tell if this supplement is superior to the ones I've used previously, but from a review of the literature, it appears that this should last longer in my bloodstream and be more absorbable then straight NAD+ or NMN. I pair these products with resveratrol, as recommended, by the way.The capsules are odorless/tasteless and relatively easy to swallow. No issues there. I have observed that I generally feel better, more attentive and retain information better since I started taking products designed to improve blood NAD+, and I'm a huge fan. Recommended.

I feel better and more energetic
I am a firm believer in the benefits that NMN provides to me. I have been taking NMN supplements for a while now and I continue to take them because I feel better and more energetic. With this version of NMN, the MAAC10 NMNH is supposed to be a better version of NMN. NMNH is intended to provide better support for NAD levels in my body. As I age, my body needs support for NAD, which is harder for my body to produce. So, this supplement is supposed to help me in that area. All I know is that I do have a longer lasting energy throughout the day. I will continue to take this supplement.
