Thumbs Extended in the Upward Position
Listen up, folks. I’ve just acquired the 4-in-1 Plant Soil Moisture Meter, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer. If you’re not measuring moisture in your soil, you’re just guessing—and guessing is for people who don’t like meat or woodworking. This meter comes with a wireless range of 230 feet, which means I can monitor my garden from the comfort of my workshop. No need to trudge through the mud like some kind of amateur. It’s equipped with a battery, so you don’t have to mess around with solar power or any other hippie nonsense. Just pop in the battery and get to work. The four functions are straightforward: moisture, light, temperature, and pH. This is all you need to keep your plants happy. You want to know when your soil is dry enough to resemble a desert or if it’s so wet it could host an amphibian convention? This little device has your back. The best part? It doesn’t talk back. No screens, no apps, just reliable data. It’s like having a loyal dog that tells you exactly when to water your plants, minus the shedding. Now, I could nitpick and say it could use a more rugged build—because if you’re like me, tools should be able to survive a bear attack. But for its purpose, this meter is solid. In short, the 4-in-1 Plant Soil Moisture Meter has earned my five-star approval. It’s practical, straightforward, and effective—just like a good breakfast of bacon and eggs. If you care about your plants as much as I care about woodworking, then get yourself one of these. Trust me, your garden will thank you.

I like them so far.
I have a drip irrigation system in my flowerbed. It is covered with 3 to 4 inches of bark. I have no indication of soil moisture levels or assurance that my drip system was running as programmed or if it is soaking the soil adequately.I tried one sensor first. I like that it communicates with the display that I keep inside the house without wifi or other wireless communication issues. It just works 24-7. Now I look at the soil moisture in both my front and backyard drip systems in my bark covered shrub/flowerbeds. I now know if and how well they are being watered from inside the house and no bark raking is required. My monitor can have 6 sensors. I have 3 and plan to get 3 more. They are very helpful to check my wife’s hanging baskets.I am very pleased so far with these sensors and display. Very useful and very easy to set up. Just put batteries in per instructions and it works. No passwords or codes or programming to do. Very happy!

"Accurate and Reliable Moisture Sensors: A Must-Have for Citrus Tree Care!"
It takes a couple of attempts to get a reading but overall I’ve been impressed with these moisture sensors—they’re exactly what I needed. I have six different citrus trees, each with different moisture retention needs. For a long time, I watered all of them at the same time, which caused problems for those that didn’t need water. With these sensors, I know exactly which trees need watering. I have the display in my garage, and every time I go out there, I can quickly cycle through the sensors to see which trees need water and which ones don’t.In terms of accuracy, I haven't had any issues. My trees have been healthy, so I believe these moisture sensors are quite accurate. I haven’t had any problems with them, and the batteries seem to last a long time. I use rechargeable AA batteries, but I bet high-end single-use AA batteries would last a whole season. For anyone who tends to overwater or underwater their plants, this product is perfect. For anyone looking for an answer to this issue: if you’re not getting readings, try placing the sensor in different spots. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get a proper reading. I think the sensors need a certain amount of soil contact to accurately measure moisture. If the display isn’t showing a reading, try several different spots, waiting about 10-15 seconds in each. Additionally, when pushing the sensor into the soil, avoid lifting it up. You want to apply downward force without pulling up, as this can create an air pocket around the probes and give an inaccurate reading. Make sure to press it down firmly without moving it around.

Completely inaccurate, numbers get stuck until plants start to wilt, jump 30% when moved 3"
Got this to monitor a new landscape planting. Tested indoors on potted plants and the numbers fluctuated wildly. Hoped it would be better outdoors but:- Numbers go stuck at over 60% humidity (high) even when the soil was bone dry down to 6" and new plants looked wilted. Perked back up as soon as I watered.- Repositioned sensors by less than half a foot and they dropped by 40%- Watered plants for 90 minutes and one sensor went back up and the other was frozen at the low number. Both received equal water. Not reliable if you want to keep plants alive.(I followed all of the instructions perfectly).

Great Product
I got this set to keep track of the moisture in my gardens and they work great. In addition to flowers and various vegetables, I have over 100 tomato plants that I needed so I can store the tomatoes for a year. Lots of family love the canned tomatoes. By using these meters, I was able to keep track of the soil moisture and the plants are all thriving better than I would have ever thought. Would definitely recommend.

Ok, But..
I got these to keep an accurate gauge for moisture around a new Satsuma tree I planted. I put one 3 inches from the trunk and the other one abut 2 feet from the trunk. While they both give separate and different readings, they only show 50% max, even if ground is saturated. So i have to estimate % of moisture based on that. They are consistent. Makes no difference how close or far from the base. I like the base graphics, large and clear. Other than the gauge not registering100%, i like them.
