Must have for thrush
Oh my god this product has saved my sanity. I am now 8 months pregnant and have suffered with recurrent thrush throughout my pregnancy. Nothing makes it go away and it is the most uncomfortable thing! These pads offer relief for a short period, about 20 minutes, but after this I feel “relieved” enough not to notice the itch. I was wetting facecloths and freezing them before I came across this product, this is a great improvement in terms of comfort!

Freezer pop vs perineal pop
You could buy freezer pops cheaper but these are more socially acceptable not as edible like.... definitely helped to ease the pain after birth! You put them on top of the pad so don't put one if you can't change your pad for a little while as you may leak as the cover you put the popsicles in aren't absorbent assuming you are using these whilst the post labour painters and decorators are in!!

Soak the ice packs in water. Freeze the soaked ice packs. Place the frozen ice packs in the provided covers. Insert the covered ice packs into underwear, ensuring a comfortable fit. Re-freeze or dispose of the ice packs after use.
