I first purchased this bike stand for $60 and thought it was a good deal. It went together easily and looks nice in my garage holding my new bicycle. About a week later I saw it on sale for $20

The pictures in the product listing are deceiving, as I mistook the shadows for being back legs to allow this to stand freely. That is not the case - there are only two legs and this must be DRILLED into a wall. I live in an apartment and was hoping to have a rack for my bike (which is currently in my apartment hallway). I don't want to drill holes in my apartment wall that will need to be patched. Also, I don't have an electric drill, which is required for mounting.The wood shelves appear to be a very nice quality and there are two options for attaching the basket (top or bottom). I will eventually use this once I move into a house or if I decide to drill into my wall (and will update my review). The quality appears good, which is why I still gave my rating 4 stars, but I hope the seller considers making a free standing mount and updating the listing details/photos to make it more clear that this needs to be drilled into a wall.

As I was building this bike rack, realized I was sent incorrect screws and had pieces missing! Unprofessional of the company, and a headache for me. HOWEVER, as someone who’s into DIY and a bit of a homemaker, I decided to still put it to good use! I ended up making it into a stand in my bathroom for guests when I have company staying over and it was a hit! Everyone loved it. Looking at the glass half full kind of situation

The storage and bike rack came in quickly and with no issues. The Olakee Vertical Bike Stand mounts to the wall and supports on the floor. The rack is easy to assemble and attach to the wall. This rack is very sturdy and very easy to use. This garage bike rack comes with three storage shelves and a metal basket for bike accessories or anything that you might want to put there. This holds a nice amount of weight and makes for a great storage option. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to create room in there garage.

I suppose I should have measured before ordering, but as this is pictured, it seems much larger than it really is in person. Overall, I found the instructions very easy to follow and the whole thing easy to assemble. I believe I had it set up in about 30 minutes or so. I like the extra storage that this provides in my garage and the look, I just wish it was a bit larger.

As other reviewers have stated, this MUST be mounted to a wallI also was mislead by the images. I thought this would be free standing and planned to store in my garage. But it won't be that easy- it MUST be drilled into a wall. There are two legs on one side and ZERO legs on the otherAlso makes it FAR harder to store bike under it as the bike would have to be wheeled in a few inches from wall which seems difficult and stupidAs for the stand itself, it is nice. Good materials, good storage potential. I still plan to use for my bike accessories and helmet, etc. but in a far less convenient wayThis also makes me seriously question the price vs value. For a few narrow shelves and two legs, this feels like it should be $20 Cheaper than it isOverall, this is a useful set of narrow shelves. It can hold quite a few biking accessories but the Mounting need really impacts versatility for those in apartments or even smaller houses. I don't really understand the design and I believe the images are misleading. But even still this is a quality product albeit overpriced imo. I still would recommend but just barely. Be aware what you are receiving
