MARS HYDRO iConnectu USB Controller Bluetooth WiFi APP Grow Light Control

App does not find the controller via Bluetooth. Turning dial on light 3 times did nothing. Tried old and new app and re-installed new app. Nothing. No “email the seller” option for help. REVISED REVIEW AFTER DEVICE FOUND VIA BLUETOOTH March 2026 Okay, it took some fast twisting but I was able to connect via bluetooth! Support contacted me after I left my first review and I was encouraged to try again and again. It was good to know I had the steps right. My problem was that I wasn't twisting the knob fast enough apparently. I had my husband give it a go as a last ditch try. Now that we have the connection, being able to set 5 timers at different intensities for the daily light is sweet. Light automatically comes on then goes through the timers and shuts off each day.

JUNK!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUY A SMART PLUG AND USE IT FOR A TIMER. IT MAKES A GREAT LIGHT , BAD DEVICE Can't connect to it.

The MARS HYDRO 2025 iConnectu Controller works exactly as expected and fits perfectly with my setup. Installation was simple and everything connected without any issues. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and makes controlling the system much easier. Very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Would not connect to the app. Could not be found via blue tooth. Turn off and on method did not work. Returning this product.

It took some wiggling to get it to work but once working it’s nice as you can set timers on your phone and mimick natural day to night artificial sunlight light. Also works after home power failures.

It works now. Make sure to update the firmware. There seems to be a random pause for 15 min to a hour after after setting a timer for the control setting to update automatic from manual.

Bluetooth won’t connect Edit: seller reached out. The device does work but go to add the device in the app you have to turn dimmer knob all the way down to off and back up to about 80 percent back and forth over and over until the device pops up. Awesome customer service

Do not waste your money. These do not work. I’m technically capable with an engineering degree and could not get these to connect to my Bluetooth iPhone. Either the lights needed a new controller in order to work or it’s just a bad product design.

I figured I needed it, but bought an iHub-Pro & iControl. I know if those break down, I have these for backup.

Just make sure this is compatible with your light. If it has a usb port and the EXT on the control dimmer than it will work. Mars has updated all lights on here so will work with all besides the ts600. You don’t need manual dimming. Can create schedules and natural dimming to mimic a full day scene and also set to turn on and off based on automated sunset/sunrise mode for example. For something so cheap. It’s great value for money and the app is fab too. My Venus fly traps work wonders under these lights.

Should be able to just plug it in and have it work. Don't even know if it turns on. Probably just return it

Managed to connect after switching it off and on a few times. What I don't get is ,as soon as you leave the house you loose connection, so how do you keep connected while leaving the house , or do you use another device and leave that at home so you don't loose timings etc
