I bought the 3 pack and they all functioned perfectly except for one. I emailed their support team and they sent me a brand new replacement within 3 days. Incredible customer service. The umbrella itself is compact, lightweight, and super easy to use. Perfect for one person to carry around and small enough to easily fit inside a purse.

I bought a 3 pack a year and a half ago. I gave 2 away and the one I have used stopped opening completely. A quick email to tumella with proof of purchase and a new one was on the way- the lifetime replacement is a REAL thing. And I enjoy the ease of using it as well as the solid opening and closing. I will buy another (in a different style).

Super durable umbrella. I even did the “bend the tip of it to the handle” and it’s so sturdy. It’s not windy enough here to see it flip upward, but I see the slits around the middle where it makes it more flexible to go back to its original shape after being flipped inside out. It’s very portable, it fits nicely in the kids backpacks or on the side of my car door. It’s lightweight and blocks the sun. One of my umbrellas unfortunately was not working properly, so I had to email them, and i was able to get a hold of someone and send them a video of what was going on, and almost immediately after, they sent me a new one, and it works perfectly! They[Gen]were also very kind and I felt the sincerity. Even made sure I got the tracking, the back and forth really made it seem like they were one of my neighbors. 10/10! Easy for me and the kids to use. Not my 3 year old tho, she doesn’t have that good of a force to push the button. But I do like how it’s not tooo easy to open close. Because of the placement of my hand, technically Im holding the button. I’m really happy about the lifetime warranty. I’m definitely going to recommend to everyone I can. I got the basic black ones, I didn’t want the kids to argue lol I do recommend this umbrella. Super affordable and now I have a favorite umbrella company.

Smoothly open and closes with just the push of a button. Definitely feels stronger and sturdier than any other umbrella I’ve ever owned. I’m surprisingly looking forward to our next rain shower so I can fully try it out :)
