Great little mints to keep in your bag
These are perfect to pop in your mouth on the go, and in a perfectly tiny tin so space is no issue. The mint is super refreshing and instantly freshens breath, and I like the concept of swallowing the parsley capsule for further freshness. Unique and great find.

Not for me…
Great mint flavor HOWEVER, once the minty coating is gone you are left with a capsule that you have to swallow, like advertised, but this capsule is just like a daily vitamin supplement. Not easy to swallow without something to drink. I thought the capsules were going to easily dissolve in your mouth, and you can make the choice to let it dissolve in your mouth or swallow it. I even bit one and it felt like plastic. Oh and the minty coating does not last long at all, maybe a minute!!!

Convenient mint capsules
I like the idea of these multifunctional capsules (part mint, part supplement), but it is a little strange to be sucking on mints one second and then suddenly the flavor disappears. The mint taste isn't the best, but it's ok enough - I kind of wish these would just dissolve in your mouth though. I accidentally chewed on one once, and that wasn't a pleasant experience.Overall, however, these capsules do their job, and without an intense burst of flavor or aftertaste.

Average Mints
These are an oil-based mint. The gel pod is coated with a strong mint flavor that lasts about 2 minutes. Once the coating is gone, you have a liquid filled gel capsule in your mouth that contains parsley oil. The capsule is hard to swallow as it can get stuck in your throat. It is advised to drink a liquid with the capsule. I do not believe many people are walking around with water to take with the pill. Once you swallow the capsule, you can sometimes burp the parsley oil for about 20 minutes. These mints really did not freshen my breath any more than the cheaper breath mints.I cannot recommend nor not recommend these mints as they are right in the middle of the pack with other breath mints but yet quite a bit more expensive.

Weird concept that actually works
This product is very cool. The outer coating that you suck tastes a lot like an altoid so if taste is a concern for you don’t worry. The inner gel capsule that you swallow is easy to get down and while I know the idea of taking essentially a pill when you bought mints is a weird concept but the capsules contain parsley seed oil which is safe to consume and has been linked to not only helping bad breath but like a ton of other benefits such as reducing stress and helping your skin. I am definitely glad I got these and I think you will be too.

The zelmints work
Zelmin's Minty Mouth peppermint breath mints are wonderful to kick bad or hot breath. I used them after a pot roast with plenty of onions and followed directions. I took 3 of them sucked the mint off and swallowed the parsley seeds. I was amazed at how long my breath stayed fresh. I also take medicine that keep me with a dry mouth and these 3 little mints saved my breath! I actually timed the effects and the longest they last was 5 hours. These are replacing gum and are alot easier to dispose of! I recommend to anyone wanting long last nice fresh breath!

Strong minty flavor, upset my stomach
I liked the strong minty flavor. After I swallowed the capsules, the mints made my stomach hurt. I will be searching for better mints. They are not worth the price.
