Twilight Constellation Night Light Projection Light

so many nightlights are just too bright and that level of light can interfere with the natural melatonin levels and sleep patterns that a growing child needs. This cute little ladybug is the best solution. I have had this for about 2 years now for my 1.5 year old - who is now 3.5 years old. I have not yet changed the batteries, he uses it every night. it shines up ton he ceiling and walls with a gentle light of stars and moon. It is very dark where we live and I have black out shades on the room, so this is perfect. If your room has some ambient light, then this might not be 'bright' enough. There are 3 colors, yellow, green, blue and the 4th setting is for it to rotate through each color. The light will run for 45 minutes and then turn off on its own. The ladybug is hard plastic, and turns on with a touch of the finger on the top. And its safe for a child to handle and play with. its pretty rugged as I have dropped it a few times (we take it with on our travels) and it has not shown and wear or tear.I highly recommend this nightlight!

The bug needs to be in the center of the room at bed (not dresser) level in order for the moon and stars to project across the entire ceiling. Most people don't have low level furniture in the center of the room, so when you put it on a dresser along the wall, the moon and stars project onto 1/4 of the ceiling only. If you can manage to get the bug to tilt to almost upright (by putting something under it), the light will reflect on 1/2 of the ceiling.

I purchased this for my 6 mo son, looking for something to try to lull him back to sleep when he wakes up in the middle of the night.PROS- I love the different color settings, orange, blue, green and changing colors. The orange setting is very dim and good if you want to keep the room dark. I use the blue, it's pretty bright and lights up the room pretty well. The stars cover almost his entire ceiling (standard 10x10ish room) which is nice. He likes to watch the stars while he has his nighttime bottle. Easy to turn on and off- just a touch of the finger on the top.CONS- I do wish there was a setting that made the stars twinkle. It's a little pricey at $20, but I think it's worth it. Has an automatic shut off after 45 min, wish it had a plug in so it would last all night...so doesn't really do what I bought it for, but still super cute and good for initial fallking asleep.Overall, I Love it and I think it will be even better for when he gets a little older.

This has to be placed in the center of the bedroom, so that the lighting can reflect on the ceiling. And also, it gives a very gloomy reflection of the stars on my ceiling but i wanted a sharp reflection with low light. Runs on a battery, goes to sleep after 45 minutes and only the blue light looks good out of the four.

Item works very well. Timer works perfectly. the touch to activate feature is great for the parent with only one free hand. The star display lacks imagination, but a star is a star is a star. The different color lights also work very well for the brighter or more dim lights.

We bought this to replace the crappy lullaby projector thing we bought when my toddler was a newborn. I was a little concerned about the fact that this runs on batteries, but we are in our third month of daily usage and no sign of needing new batteries yet. The light is definitely not terribly bright, and we cannot really see the stars unless the lights are off. Luckily, this is what we expected. We are not using this as a nightlight, but rather as a transition tool for our toddler to help her fall asleep. She always gets excited about turning the light on at night, and I love that it turns off on its own after a reasonably lengthy time period. Amazon asked about the educational value of the toy, and I gave that one star because this is utterly non-educational. This does not project constellations or anything of the sort, just a pretty pattern of stars.

The LED lights aren't as bright as it advertised. The touch button does not work all the time so sometime when I wanted to change the color of the lights, I look like an idiot keep tapping my hand on it.

I bought this for my two year old daughter and we both love it! She carries it every where with her. My daughter was a rough one to get to bed or on schedule and this really helped she knows when I put it on its time for night night and is actually excited to get to bed. The only thing is I have to get it really dark in her room for it but it stays on for 45 min which is nice for a child that sometime takes a little longer to get to bed. I had one that turned off in 15 min and usually turned off about the time she was almost asleep and scared her and she would wake back up. This toy is pretty sturdy its fallen off the bed and hit our wood floor and my daugher has tossed it around and its held up. I would recommend this toy for any and all ages. Its easy to use and fairly priced.

ich kanns nur empfehlen. Echt ein Blickfang. ich wurde schon 2 mal auf der strasse darauf angesprochen.versand war schnell. Verschleiß kann ich noch nichts zu sagen. habe auch den bumper drum und somit solle es lange halten ;)
