This book is for those who want to get extra out of MS Project and take their scheduling ability to the next level. Simple to follow, some excellent tools given to you. The exercises at the end of each chapter are very valuable to embed the knowledge you have just learnt. I read through this twice and have come up with my own scheduling templates. Definitely worth buying
