The machine worked for 60 days, since: one component after another has failed back to back and/or in perfect sequence to stay inoperable now for almost 90 days. FoxAlien ignored my refund requests time after time and kept sending replacement parts that solved nothing and/or failed themselves. Today they have finally agreed to a partial refund (with unethical restrictions/stipulations) that leaves me with components I can’t use AND I have to box the machine up and PAY to ship it back to China which will cost hundreds, what a deal. Learning their tactics through approx. a dozen emails, over three months, there isn’t much doubt that they will get the machine back and find a way out of the refund. Please pass on to everyone so they don’t make the same mistake as me. This machine is a dumpster fire and FoxAlien will leave you stuck in the middle of it.
