Great markers!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was recommended these markers, and let me tell you, they are amazing! The colors are vibrant, and the tips are strong, which are perfect for working in small groups with very young children. I will be trying them out once school starts, but I already know these are going to be my favorite whiteboard markers for students.

Wrote smooth
I love the way they write and they are very vibrant. My only "ick" would be they are smaller than I thought they would be.

Best whiteboard markers!
Love these whiteboard markers! They write smoother and brighter than expo markers and the tips are a happy medium between an expo fine tip and regular tip. I use these teaching and feel like they have a good life before running dry. Erases easily on my whiteboard.

These are the best dry erase markers I've used in my life
I bought a couple packs of these dry-erase markers recently for my workplace; In several areas we use dry-erase calendars to plan production schedules, meetings, etc and having a large number of colors aids in at-a-glance organization (red = visitors, lime = operation commencement, etc). We've had the calendars for a long time, and I have HATED buying Dry Erase markers for them until I found these. At first I bought cheapo markers because they were cheap and I didn't know any better. After those drying prematurely, marking inconsistently, etc. I went and bought the brand-name E**o markers, figuring that there was no way those would be lacking. Unfortunately, those brand-name markers are only marginally less-terrible than the no-name markers. I came to the conclusion that the dry-erase marker industry is just a joke and nobody knows what they're doing. These proved me wrong. I finally bought these, after scouring for a pack with (1) a large number of colors and (2) the best reviews around. These did not disappoint. The colors are vibrant, for the most part the markers mark very well right out of the package (one black wrote decently immediately but wasn't full-flowing until I wrote 13 single- and double-digit numbers), and the quality I could never seem to find anywhere is suddenly right there. It's a bit curious that the package recommends "storing horizontally" as I generally see recommendations for vertical storage on other markers, so be aware that you probably won't want to drop 'em in a standard pen/pencil/marker holder. I've been following the packaging's advice blindly and these markers still work beautifully. They're more expensive, yes. But you won't find yourself tossing them in the trash after just one week while cursing all of Earth's creation, which is always a nice plus and makes for an excellent value.

Markers drip and leak when used if stored vertically.
At first I liked these. Nice size and good colors and coverage. But after a little while they began to drip. I opened the cap and a drip would leak out; too much ink came out when writing. I was storing them tip side down. So, I inverted and store them all tip side up now. They still leak.I see that people recommend storing markers horizontally. I don't have room for that at the location, so store my other markers vertically. Never had any leak. Some brands dried out, but others worked well for a long time. This one drips. To be fair, they do say to "Keep Horizontal" so it is user error. But other markers don't have this requirement.Update: does not leak if markers are stored on their side. So upgrading to 3 stars if you do as they say. But is inconvenient for some cases to store that way, so should be prominently mentioned in description.
