More absorbable for me
I was taking these separately. I noticed that my brand on both had soy bean oil and fillers. This is easier to take and has pure ingredients. No burps and I have higher d levels at the lab. I do not have as much joint pain. This is the most absorbable form for me after taking other brands for years.
