I bought this for my RCA model RTS739BWS Soundbar with Home Theater System. It’s a 2015 model with no HDMI/HDMI ARC input. I’ve never used an optical audio cable and didn’t know what to expect. The item is working well so far, the cable seems durable and thick, and it seems it will last. The sound seems good and clear. I honestly don’t hear or see any difference in the audio quality versus HDMI/HDMI ARC as some may claim. The ends of the cable are metal and very easy to put it in. Note: The Soundbar was used to connect to my TCL Roku tv model S32331 via optical cable input. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who doesn’t have a Soundbar with the upgraded HDMI/HDMI ARC or EARC input.

I've now purchased four of these FO cables (3-3' and 1-6') and found them to be very well constructed and more than worth the money I paid. The long connector shaft on each end makes it easy to grab and rotate when aligning the FO male plug when plugging into a digital audio port on an amp or TV. Definitely professional grade and apparently German designed from the tag supplied in the sealed bag. These are 25-50% the cost of what you'd pay for an equivalent length FO cable at Best Buy, but 300% the quality.

Great price. Great quality. Works flawless. I moved my old Sonos play bar into my garage and needed an optical cable to connect it to my Samsung tv. The sound is amazing. And works perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

Solved a problem I had with my WiFi enabled sound bar. I’m not sure what happened but suddenly my sound bar would not work so I got my son, an I.T. Guy, to take a look at it. I use this to feed sound from my TV ( A Small 85" Samsung 8K) and it works great with no issues. This is the most heavy duty Fiber Optic Audio Cable that I have seen (and I used to work in a company that manufactures Fiber Optic Cable. I would recommend this cable if you do not need more than 10 feet... It is Heavy Duty and Yet Flexible and it is easy to use. It is 10', so the worst issue may be tripping over it, so run it carefully.

I was skeptical about this item as I had connected my tv to my stereo only with hdmi. I decided to purchase and see what would happen. Received the cables very fast and it was easy to use and installed. Size was perfect because the stereo system is next to the tv. I highly recommend this item as it does what it supposed to.

The 6 ft. cable is perfect. It replaces one that was much too short. I have no complaints about it.
