I just received this and red light therapy mat. I have only used this once so I can't speak about effectiveness. I did check the power output and it is a medical grade produce and the quality seems very good. I am going to use this to assist with the healing of a ruptured quad tendon.

I recently purchased this product , only a week! I have been using it every evening I alternate between using on my back and thighs . I find I sleep better and wake up with much less stiffness . I move much better in the mornings too. I think it works !

WOW Perfect!! Grandma loves it & me too....mom says she really feels a difference it really does work and she is using it to help relieve back pain. It's a great product. We got the 12x24 and it is a great size for the back or legs or arms what ever you need with out having to pay $100's.... this is now a staple in our home therapy kit!

Generally this is a great pad. Not sure why but first time I used it, it burned my back and left blisters. But since then, it has cooled down a bit. I use infrared alot for healing and this was a good addition to my collection.It's a good size to cover large areas. I don't love the plastic shield but have gotten used to it.
