This is a super tasty and healthy drink, its nicely fizzy with a good lemon zing.A really easy way to get Probiotic/Prebiotics into your diet if you are not into yoghurt and sauerkraut!Contains stevia leaf to sweeten rather than sugar.It is a bit expensive if you look at it as a drink, but not so much if you look at it as a nicer food supplement!!Would be great to be able to get something like this in my lunch meal deals.

Sadly, my first review wasn't approved as maybe I was a bit too straightforward with it all.This drink is nice as any store bought sparkling drink. Maybe a bit more lime flavored than lemon, but nothing about it is special really.Yes, they have some good for you gut bacteria, but I wouldn't exactly pay the price for something like gut bacteria which I can get from products at much less expense, and so these are not for me.

Nice lemon and lime flavouring, very refreshing. Item arrived very well packed, so excellent start, perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again 👍

I'm not a lover of soft fizzy drinks as I find them generally too sweet or tart, but this lemon and lime probiotic drink is really nice.I've found it works having it in the evening as a non alcohol lemon gin taste as it's quite refreshing without it tasting too much like a pop.It's really hard to describe though.I love that there are no artificial sweeteners in this and that they haven't tried to oversweeten it to compensate.I've had one each night and I really enjoy them.As for the ingredients, the L. Rhamnosus is a really good probiotic and I've taken this particular one as a supplement before. It also contains an inulin which is a probiotic fibre that feeds the good bacteria in your gut. I'm used to it but as it doesn't specify how many of these drinks you should have a day, I would start with just one as sometimes inulin can make your stomach work harder and it might cause side effects.Ok so to the price....Comparative to a branded lemon canned drink or even something like a cola you can pay a similar price in a shop. Obviously cheaper on bulk buy. But this isn't just a soft drink - its a probiotic drink so you have to factor in the cost of what tablets would cost you to take as well.I find this a much easier way to mix it up and I don't feel awful after drinking it either.

The FHIRST Living Soda is a lovely refreshing drink containing active cultures and plant fibre. Now I like the sound of that, it's zero sugar and meant to be good for you, but at almost £2 per can buying in bulk, it's too overpriced for me for daily drinking.

Tasty and a good amount of fizz. They're not too sweet and are even great as mixers. I recommend these and I do feel like my tummy does not get as angry from certain foods like it normally does when I drink this - not too sure if it's real or not but it feels it.
