Lovely activity for adults and children
This is a great activity fro adults to do with teenagers. My son loves to play with it and im honestly blown away with the power of the shooting action and how many rubber bands it shoots at once, it's amazing. We have had hours of dun with this. I did manage to break one part that holds the magazine inside but it still works, but be careful when pressing out the peices when putting together as they are easy to break. for us it works out ok for could have been an issue if it was more in the middle of the build. I cant now take it apart though to fix as unfrotunly all the parts are not numbered, they are only numbered on the piece of wood you push them out of, so it would be impossible to work out the numbers and follow the instructions again

Who doesn't love shooting rubber bands?
After buying one for a friend at Christmas, I had to buy one myself when I saw it in action. I had so much fun building this, some parts are a little fiddly and took more than one attempt to place but I enjoyed the challenge. The numbered sheets and clear instructions make this a simple build for almost all age types.I'm now looking to buy more Rokr products

Manual dexterity required!
A great product for those who enjoy a challenge. Lots of small parts so good fine motor skills are required to build this product. Clear, concise diagrams and instructions to assist with the assembly and good value for money. Should keep them busy for a while!

Good Fun Kit
The media could not be loaded. The kit comes with everything you need, including a little bit of wax. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow, all the parts are labelled. Most of the pieces just clip together but are few need screws, which are supplied along with the relevant tiny screwdrivers. It took my hubby a few days to put together - he took his time with it and probably had about 8 - 10 hours of fun! The springs were a little tricky and he had to re-do the second one. But he thoroughly enjoyed doing the kit and it was a great pleasure to see it working well at the end of it all. There are some spare parts, such as extra screws, in case you lose a few.

Fascinating Detail
I don't know who designs these models but it's fairly awe inspiring to think about the time and care that has gone into creating it considering that, after all of the 275 pieces have gone together, it will then actually fire small pieces of dowel on a fully automatic setting and eject them. It really does seem like a labour of love. This model will require some good fine motor skills and attention to detail. The instructions are good but, as always with models like this, certain things sometimes need a little more deciphering and "offering up". I would say 14+ is a good target age but some kids develop these skills earlier than others and so it should be taken as a suggestion and not treated as a limitation. If you want to buy it for a child then just consider that it might be a joint project; something to do together.Everything you need is included in the box, including sandpaper. The pieces are well machined but because this has moving parts, it's important that it fits together accurately; as such a little sanding maybe necessary just to get everything properly in place. Likewise with the waxing, any moving areas likely to stick because of friction, should be well waxed. All of these things of course are part of the challenge and that all feeds into the overall fun and satisfaction you get out of building such a thing. This really is a satisfying model to make and should provide hours of quality time, either alone or with someone else.

detailed design
It's not just a regular puzzle; it's a unique and challenging wooden model that's amazing for adults and older teens. The craftsmanship is great, with intricately designed wooden pieces that fit together like a dream. I like the added touch of the rubber band mechanism, adding an interactive element to the final product. It's a great way to exercise creativity and problem-solving skills while having fun. And, it makes for an excellent gift for anyone who enjoys building and tinkering.

Complicated!
The packaging says 14+, I can see why. More of a sculpture than a toy.275 piece 3D puzzle, double sided A2 sheet of instructions, tools, springs, sandpaper etc. This is much more involved than a regular 3D puzzle or sliced jigsaw. The pieces are laser cut from plywood, require light prep work and finishing. This is a long project unlikely to be finished in a single sitting!I'm about halfway through the instructions, using all of my capacity. A great challenge!
