Great product for removing eye makeup.

This product is gentle but effective. Although rather expensive it’s my favourite.

Why they changed the formula is beyond me. It used to take a couple of swipes to remove my waterproof mac liquid eyeliner, and now it have to rub away and it struggles to remove it effectively. It also now has a slight burn so overall its more gentle in effectiveness, doesn’t do the job anymore & is not gentle on my eyes. Super disappointed. The old formula which I’ve used for probably 20+ years was perfect.on the hunt for a new product..

Love this gentle eye makeup remover. I do add a little water to my cotton pad along with the product and it works like a charm.

Excellent for sensitive eyes.

The old formula was a combination of oil and cleanser with a very mild scent. It was easy to take off eye makeup without much pressure / wiping. The new cleanser does not have any oil so it’s just the toner, the scent is very strong, and it is not gentle! Burns the skin around the eye.
