I use this under my physician's guidance. I only take it for short periods of time and I notice a huge difference in my energy. It's a very nice Iodine supplement if you are looking for one.

The best iodine/iodide supplement I’ve used. Been using this brand since 2017 at the recommendation of my doctor and it’s been great. Americans who don’t live on the coast usually need extra iodine in their diet, so this is a wonderful addition for anyone. Personally, it helps my mood, energy level, and concentration/focus. It is very potent, so I only need to take one per week, but some people may want to take it more often. Experiment and see what works for you. Would definitely recommend!

I think someone should have corrected the ingredients list for this iodine product. Clearly the description is wrong. This is what it says. recommended by my doctor. brought my liver and thyroid metrics back into where they should be. I don't have any issues other than being an older lady. Take with my hormone replacements, and feel better than ever.

I have been battling my cholestrol increasing for several years, finally doc talked me into the meds..OMG did it destroy my strength and my energy mood and all. Through research I found out the those like me with Hypo thyroid are very sensitive to certain meds. I also found out my thyroid could be causing my increase of cholestrol level. My doctor at the time would not entertain the thyroid issue as my blood work was okay with it. I changed doctors and got the same kinda attitude with my second doctor so I stopped taking my thyroid meds. By the time I did stop my cholestrol good and bad was out, the meds had caused some other issues to be out in regard to my liver along with the serious side effects. I stopped the thyroid meds, I started taking this I thryoid along with a Kale smoothie in the morning for my breakfast and benecol chews every night. I just had blood work and everything is back in range except total cholestrol, it was 210 which is 6 pts less than what it was last time. Now benecol chews has been discontinued and I am buying a stanol supplement to replace that. Im hoping this will get my total down but the good and bad were now in line so Im pleased. I am not taking any prescription medication now and my doctor was really talking about me.

Very well priced and works like a dream.. Easier to ingest than the liquid form of Lugol's solution. Got some for my sisters who got headaches from the liquid. Now they have no more headaches. I take liquid w/ no problem but I got a bottle of these also since its SO SO easy:) And this laboratory also makes my Thyroid prescription!
