Trying to prepare for a wedding I’m part of in a couple of months, the old fashion wrap my self up in plastic wrap method hasn’t been working so I figured I’d try something new! I ordered the large the be safe ( figured I could just add more clothing)in my opinion it runs a little big for woman and a little small for menSo far so good, it does the job, well made zipper! Happy with my purchase

I’m a girl ,5ft7in,145lb and gain weight in my midsection. I wear a baggy T-shirt over the Small vest and it hides the vest decently. Even without a workout it heats up my midsection great - so much so that I’ll probably start buying sauna material clothing for skiing/ cold climates . After 20min on the elliptical at “climbing” the vest is drenched (and the Tshirt only with armpit sweat)! Amazing product to get rid of bloat and make a short workout feel incredibly productive and effective! If I had more stamina I’m sure it could go another 20min retaining even more sweat. Also, I have very sensitive skin so I was afraid it would maybe cause a rash (which terrified me) but 4 days of wearing and nothing - phew! Just 2 important warnings about the Zipper: the Small fits a little bit loose on me and if I wear it too long (1 hour or longer) the zipper creates an indentation/marking on my stomach - it eventually goes away but a zipperless vest wouldn’t do this. Also I would be hesitant to wear delicate or form fitting shirts over the vest because of the zipper. Functionality wise the zipper is good quality zipping up/down but just a heads up.

This item has a very comfortable fit. The size is true to size so make sure to order your size. It's not cut small like most other vests I have tried in the past. I love the way it hugs my body and gives me a nice sweat at the gym. Black is my favourite colour and I was able to get it in black. I would recommend this to any man that is looking for a good quality sauna best to get a real good sweat at the gym.

I ordered a 3x knowing that beer is a dear good friend of mine😊 I eventually was at the point of maybe returning fearing it was to small just by looks..I decided to try the vest w/o a shirt on and struggled a little getting in to zip up over my treasure chest of Barley&Hops..Eventually I inhaled several times and got it..I was surprised at the comfort in the arm pit area plus the tight fit against the skin with NO-ROLL UPS..The slight situation too wear it will be worth it..Especially of it does what I hope its designed to do while shrinking my treasure chest..

My son wears a binder but, as many people know, one can’t wear those for more than 8 to 10 hours safely per day. As a result, he sometimes wears something such as this in the interim. This works really nicely to compress his chest in a comfortable manner.It offers support and durability. It is not see-through even in the areas stretched the most. It has been washed several times and still remains as it was when we first received it. It’s really high-quality piece of clothing.

The size of the vest fits my body exactly. I purchased medium, which is the size of what I usually buy for T-shirts. I tried it on first before washing it, and then washed it in cold water with laundry detergent, the product did not shrink.There is a new product smell when it first came, after running it in the laundry, the smell is now gone. The materials of the product is similar to scuba diving suits and it really does make you sweat when you wear it during the day or at the gym. I wore mine to the gym and after an hour of workout, I was completely drenched. Would recommend this for people looking to slim down or shed a few pounds before summer

This is really a good sauna sweat vest and it will make you sweat ,but you can’t feel the sweat inside the vest .The vest is comfortable to wear inside the clothes .My husband wears at night ,gym and to work .It doesn’t a smell once u finished working out of gym .Overall it’s a great buy and great price .
