Bought on recommendation from other reviewers and wasn't disappointed. Brings volume and shine to my long-ish mature hair

This product is great on my fine, highlighted and dry hair. It had a pleasant smell and went on nice and thickly. I left on for a few minutes before rinsing off. It left my hair much more soft and shiny and there was no feeling of product still in my hair that you sometime have with intensive treatments. Also my hair was much more manageable with less tangles after rinsing.

Great conditioner mask, bought during winter and really helped with the quality of my hair.

Amazing product. Could feel the difference after one use. My hair was so damaged it was like straw when dry and elastic when wet but now its silky soft!! Delivered early too!!

I feel unbelievably disappointed in this product, it made no discernible difference to my hair at all. I have had better results with cheaper hair masks. Given the price tag, I was expecting quality. Not to mention the tub is ridiculously small. Do yourself a favour and spend you money on something else.

I’ve used this mask for years It’s only so cheap because label M have changed salon packaging etc It’s amazing I have fine hair and it doesn’t weigh it down It’s more an intensive strengthening repair treatment and 3 mins is all it takes though I have left it on for hours I’ve just bought it for my 22 yr old granddaughter with very long red hair and she loves it again because it doesn’t weigh her hair down

I previously purchased this product from a hair salon, it had a putty-like paste texture and was an excellent product. This product, labelled exactly the same in every way, does not appear to be of the same texture. This product looks and feels like thick ordinary hair conditioner.

I very rarely write a bad review but unfortunately I feel scammed. The hair mask arrived in a clear plastic bag with a bit of sticky tape. When I opened it up there were remnants of the mask dried up on the inside rim as if it had been used. The consistency and scent is also not right compared to one I bought from a salon previously. I would say this product has been watered down. I strongly advise not to buy this product.

Me ha gustado, deja el pelo perfecto, eso si dura poco la hidratacion pero esta bien.

Ich liebe diese Maske einfach. Vor Jahren hat sie mir ein Haardesigner empfohlen,da ich auch zu dieser Sorte Frau gehöre die sich gerne mal die Haare färbt (--> von schwarz auf blond, von blond auf braun, von braun auf rot usw.). Das macht natürlich kein Haar sehr lange mit, früher oder später hat man mit sehr spröden, trockenem Haar, Haarausfall und Spliss zu rechnen. Ich hatte sehr lange damit zu kämpfen, bis ich mich dazu entschieden habe mir dieses doch etwas teuere Produkt zu kaufen. Und ich muss sagen, ich liebe diese Intensive Mask. Der Geruch ist sehr angenehm und Haare fühlen sich sofort während des einmassierens geschmeidiger und glätter an, einfach gesünder. Ich lasse die Intensive Mask in der Regel ein paar Minuten einziehen, früher als mein Spliss noch schlimmer war hatte ich die Intensive Mask sogar über Nacht in meinem Haar belassen und es mir erst am nächsten Morgen aus dem Haar gewaschen.... Man fühlt sich danach, wie frisch vom Frisör gekommen. Ich kann dieses Produkt absolut empfehlen, es ist jeden Cent wert und außerdem ist es sehr ergiebig, d.h. wenn man die Maske einmal die Woche benützt dann würde sie locker für ein halbes Jahr reichen.
