Are these dimmable? The packaging says dimmable: Non

I purchased them on the basis of the product text on Amazon i.e. Dimmable. I didn't look at the packaging. I fitted them and use them with a dimmer … I've had no problems with the ones that I received.

Can these be used with a 3 way dimmer lamp

You would have to ask someone for the company. The packaging says they can be used on dimmable lights.

Do these produce a light you can live with? I've had other bulbs that are so orange its horrendous.

They are only 4W because they are LED (and far more energy efficient that 'normal' bulbs) ... but produce similar light output to replace a 40w 'normal' bulb.
