Each aluminum resin vat comes with a pre-installed FEP film so you can skip all the hassle and get straight to printing.
Installation steps vary by printer model. Refer to the user manual or Phrozen YouTube for details.
Mount the build plate onto the Z-axis arm, then slightly loosen the four screws.
Remove the vat, ensure the LCD is free of debris, then place a sheet of paper.
Start Z-axis calibration following the printer’s instructions.
When evenly pressed on the paper, diagonally tighten all four screws. Retract the plate to the TOP.
