Dritz Knit Elastic, 1/4-Inch by 3-Yards, White

We used this to replace elastic in our cloth diapers. If you use cloth diapers you know the elastic is very important. If your elastic is not good then you are going to have leaks every time. This elastic holds up to the biggest messes lol. Our 3 month old is exclusively breastfeed so her poop is always very watery. All the diapers we used this in have held up great. Not one leak. We used this in 7 thirsties and 2 GroVia hybrid shells. We will continue to use this anytime we need to replace the elastic in a diaper and definitely recommend to other parents for the same.

This shrinks when dried even on low. I recommend putting it through the wash and dry once before measuring and using it.

I bought this elastic to sew on a hat for my granddaughter's hat as a chin strap for her dance recital. It was soft against her skin under her chin and prevented the hat from falling off while she danced.

Right now it seems that certain items for sewing are impossible to find in local stores. Thank goodness I was able to purchase this on Amazon. Exactly what I needed and excellent quality.

I bought this elastic to use in turning a pair of scuffs into a pair of sandals-I have trouble keeping the scuffs on, so a back strap really helps. This elastic is wide enough for the purpose, and has plenty of stretch to hold everything in place while I'm walking. I did sew a leather patch in the center to protect my achilles, the elastic was very easy to sew, both to the leather and to the canvas sandal. A very nice product.

This seems to be the same as the elastic I've been using for forty years. No unwelcome surprises, no noticeable lessening of quality, something you can't count on anymore.
