Q: 46 - 48 chest cant see my size on your drop down size which would be XXXL do you have that size ?

Not sure about your size and question I am not that size. I bought the one which matched my chest size and it fits right.

Q: My normal size would be L. If i want to wear an under layer, what size should i order?

I bought a size M which is my normal size and I wear a polo shirt or similar underneath and it is quite a snug fit which I like, but maybe would recommend a size up from your normal one.

Q: What size chest is xxl

I'm Not sure but I am a 42 inch chest and a large fits just right x
