Also several vibration patterns, which is great for working out knots or massaging specific areas of the body. Or you can just use the regular non-pulsing vibration, and uh... loosen up your whole body. The material is nice, and the unit is comfortable to hold. It feels nice in the hand. The charging port is also covered with silicone (the charger itself is a stick-type, so you just poke it through... hehehe...), so it's waterproof, as mentioned in the listing. I have not had the chance to test its longevity yet.Cons: You have to hold down the power button for a few seconds in order to turn it on; just pressing the button won't work (took me a few minutes to figure this out). There is also a button for vibration intensity, but I wasn't able to feel a significant difference. I felt it a little bit, but it's not something that I'm likely to use. According to the listing, there are 20 massage modes and 8 speeds, but you do have to cycle through these on the device, and there aren't any indicator lights or anything to distinguish between them.Listing Accuracy: Mostly what I expected. For the price point, I don't think you can get much better than this. It charges up quickly, and it's a very travel-friendly size without having to sacrifice horsepower. The intensity settings do go up to the highest then descend back down with each button press, rather than cycling from low to highest right back to lowest like other items of this purpose-- take a minute to familiarize yourself with the pattern this before going to town with it lest you have an unexpected jackhammer incident or unwanted decrescendo.I've had it for almost half a year and it's still going with moderately frequent use.Oh, it was pretty nice to have on hand when I was on the mend from a running injury as well!
