Why did you pick this product vs others?:I did use a lot of power collagen. When I found this I liked to get it right away that I needed to take one pill a day. It is easy to swallow and convenient to take it. I don't know for sure yet to work for me, but I’ll keep taking it until finding out it would work. I’m very positive thought about this product. Try it!!

Good for skin and bones

I started taking the 'Multi Complex' formula at the start of March. I am an athlete, work out daily, and eat clean & well. Within the first week taking this, I started rapidly gaining weight (and couldn't lose it no matter what I did), had bizarre food cravings, and developed such severe stomach bloating I looked pregnant.Another reviewer here said they saw 'red bumps/splotchiness forming on their cheeks under the skin'. I developed that too - my dermatologist didn't even know what it was.Come to find out, these contain maltodextrin. Maltodextrin has a higher glycemic index than sugar, causes an instant - and for some, dangerous! - spike in blood sugar levels, can increase food and sugar cravings, and affects our natural gut bacteria. And people with a maltodextrin allergy can experience all this, plus weight gain and severe bloating.Don't advertise that your product contains no 'GMO, Gluten, Dairy, Peanut, Soy, Wheat, Yeast, or Preservatives' when it contains what's apparently a powerful punch of maltodextrin. This amount of maltodextrin could be harmful and downright dangerous for many people.EDIT: The company immediately reached out to me after I posted my review and offered me a full refund for the product. I received responses and my refund promptly, and they didn't ask for anything in return. I'd ordered the product a long time ago and wasn't expecting a refund, so I really appreciated this. The media could not be loaded. So I’ve tried going natural multiple times. It never worked. My hair would get to point then just stop. You could argue it’s routine but I tried many hair routines. I went to my dermatologist and found out I have Androgenic Alopecia. My hair growth can stunt and hair can be scarce in some cases. Genetics are something else. She recommended 5% minoxidil but idk I just wanted to try to see if I could grow it naturally first. I found this and read great reviews. So u gave it a shot. 3 orders later…WOW. My hair has been growing like crazy, looks very healthy, shines, my skin looks much more smooth, brighter and clear! It’s never been this healthy. It’s never been this full.It did cause a little acne but I increased my water intake from 1L to 2L and that hasn’t happened since. It hasn’t hit the bald spots just yet with fullness. Yet, hair is growing in those spots just like peach fuzz! So I feel it’s a good kickstart before I start my 5% minoxidil oil. Very great product.My ONE CON: I struggle to swallow these. They float no matter the medium or amount of the medium. So I now just crack them open and quickly drink water🤣. I wish they had this available as a tub of powder. But then again the measured aspect is better and I actually don’t mind continuing to do what I’m doing because it’s just that good. Im going to continue to use it even with the minoxidil. BTW. The black particles are not anything bad. It’s purely from the oxidation of the ingredients. You’d think someone would’ve googled it but I digress.
