Perfect Blow Out Bangs
After much trial and error trying to get a perfect blowout every morning when I wake up I found the perfect combination. I only use one of these rods for my bangs and then a long satin rod to wrap the rest of my hair. I sleep super comfortable and the rod holds tight all night. Unlike another brand I tried, this one does not give me a rash on my forehead. Its great quality and its durable and seems like it will last a long time. I just section off my bangs and brush them forward place the rod and the bottom and roll it up and under then bend it back around the create a loop and secure the fasteners. Super easy to use. My hair is thick with a slight wave so I just spray my dry hair without a little water and then roll. When I wake up I unfasten and straighten the roller then just pull just from one end to release the curl so as not to pull the curl out. Then I just lean my head forward and flip back for a perfect volume blowout. I tried using all three but my hair is thick so I only got volume and no curl in the back and they didn’t stay in place well when sleeping. I clip a kitsch satin rod behind the bang rod and then sort of french twist the rest of my hair around it for perfect loose curls in the back. I don’t use any product on my hair and find these will still hold curl and volume for days without anything. It honestly has been life changing and I only wish they had these 20 years ago

Easy to Use
Easy to use, and it comes with the scarf to wrap your hair afterward. I liked it!

Not effective at all
First off, I have thin long hair, so I thought this would work because my hair isn’t very thick. I really wanted to like this but after rolling my hair up nice and tight in this (barely damp clean hair, no product) I slept in it for 8 hours (very uncomfortable, I got a kink in my neck), I sprayed the curls with fine mist flexible hair spray and my curls looked nice for like 30 minutes, my hair was barely wavy afterwards. So I tried again, figuring I need to leave it in longer, did the same thing again and left it for 16 hours, It looked “ok” with the scarf all tied up, not like the models they have in the advertising- I’m sure those girls had help rolling up their hair perfectly, I still didn’t care to wear my hair in public that way, but I did. After 16 hours, my curls stayed in for 1 hour and fell flat afterwards. I was very disappointed. I was left with barely there waves. If that’s what I was going for I can get nicer looking waves by braiding my hair. With my curling iron yea the heat is bad for my hair, I use a heat protectant, but my curls last me 3 days cuz my hair is thinner. Would not recommend unless there is some magic product I need to put in my hair before I roll it up. Wanted to like this but the curls don’t stay.

Suggest using to prolong a style, not to create one
TL;DR:- comfortable to sleep in as a side sleeper- Do not recommend bothering with sleeping on; would use to prolong a blowout, for faux Betty Bangs with the Rosie the Riveter scarf, or to set a style while getting dressed/ready/doing chores- Can work for shoulder length hair but does not hold the volume on its own; suggest other products on shorter or heavily layered styles.- Takes some practice to get the rollers in securely and wrapped in the scarf.- Overall, neat product and I’m not mad about it. If you want the results of the lovely ladies on Instagram, I suggest starting with blown out hair with some hold product and using this to prolong the style. For context: I have just-past-shoulder length hair with curtain bangs and barely noticeable long layers. My individual hairs are thin but I have a lot of it. Texture is straight/wavy with about 1/3 white hair so there are a few wild ones in there. I have used foam rollers, rag rollers, the foam ‘robe’ roller, and braids to add texture to my hair. I don’t regularly use heat.I have used the jumbo size rollers, pack of three, two nights in a row.First night was on day two hair, moistened with a spray bottle, no products. I did the rollers straight down the back and wrapped the scarf around my head. As a side sleeper, this is the first heatless curl system that I have slept comfortably in. The front roller was hanging on for dear life in the morning, the bottom roller fell right out when I removed the scarf, and the roller at the crown of my head was still pretty secure. Curls were there, as was limp, slightly oily hair that could’ve been saved with dry shampoo but I did not have any. User error entirely. From what I could tell, the curl at the tips remained all day.Second night, freshly washed hair, slightly damp, with curl oil at the ends. I rolled the front per instructions and divided my remaining hair into two sections, rolling tightly to the back. Wrapped in scarf. The front roller in the morning was hanging in there by a few hairs, the back was pretty secure given I had slept on them. Any part of my hair that had been maybe more damp than dry was still wet (9 hours later) and did not curl (understandable). The rest had a fresh blow out w/ curl look and I wasn’t mad about it. I finger combed my hair and then hit it with texturizing spray. It’s 5 hours later on a semi humid day (44%) and the volume has dropped out of the roots, but curl and bounce is still there.

I don’t recommend
I didn’t love these they are hard to connect once you have your hair rollled and they gave me a headache while sleeping.
