Very Fast & Convenient.
I Luv this Kitchen Appliance . U Have Hard Boiled Eggs in Less than15- 20 Min.s in Ttl. They Come out Perfect. I Much Rather Would Use this than Cooking them on the Stove. U Don't Have 2 Stand there & Watch it Like u Do on a Stove top. Great Item.

Surprisingly simple and effective
I love hard boiled and deviled eggs, but I’m not a good cook and struggle to make them. This little gadget is worth the storage space in my rather small kitchen. I get perfect hard boiled eggs every time. It’s so simple that even I can be successful. The eggs are easy to peel too. I’m shocked by how simple and effective it is. If there is a downside, it’s that the parts are all plastic so store it cautiously.

Great gift and great tool to have in the kitchen
I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas because we both love to make hard boiled eggs. It’s been great since our first egg batch all the way to our 10+ use in just a couple of weeks. It’s as easy as it looks for sure, you poke the eggs, stick them in, add water, and turn it on and then just wait for it to be complete and it will shut off on it’s own. The eggs turn out great every time and seem easier to peel than if you boil them on a stove. We have only tried hard boiled though and haven’t gotten around to trying the other options this can do. The only downfall we’ve discovered is that when you use it the water sort of burns and sticks to the bottoms burner on it and it’s kinda hard to scrub off. But this hasn’t affected the eggs in any way so far.

Great little egg cooker!
This is a really nice product and I am enjoying it very much. Cooks a great boiled egg and is simple to use. Cleaning is a snap as it is top shelf dishwasher safe. If I was going to suggest any changes I would suggest they coat the inside of the water holder with the copper chef coating. This is the only part that gives you an issue when cleaning the unit. Copper Chef coating would make this a simple wipe out instead of a scrubbing issue on the part with the heating element. Otherwise this could be 5 stars across the board

I Like this Cooker... Cooks Hard Boiled Eggs Fast but cooks eggs other ways as well , it's small and doesn't take up much space
I Like This Unit because of its versatility , you can makes eggs different ways but I mostly bought it for hard boiled eggs... it shows the double decker 14 egg set-up but I use only one layer, up to 7 eggs on one layer done in about 20 minutes ,cooked with steam and you don't have to watch a boiling pot on the stove.... this unit cooks the eggs with steam and then shuts off allowing you to do other things.... the only real clean up is wiping off the hot plate and cover...and a side note is they give you a tool that pokes a tiny air hole in the tip of the egg to relieve pressure during cooking I guess, very easy to do but on the occasion that you have an egg with a weak shell it may crack on you... its only happened to me on 3 eggs out of dozens , one was a small crack and didn't affect the cooking and the other two I discarded.... I'm disabled and have to cook sitting down so not having to watch a boiling pot at about eye level is great. you can cook less then 7 eggs if you want to... I usually cook 5-7 at a time and save some in the fridge to eat in the next few days.... so far so good, I like this unit.

Big is good
I've tried to find a cooker as good as the West Bend I had years ago. It wasn't cheap like today's online one, but I'd gotten it at a department store 30 years ago. This one excels because it's so large, and it hard boils eggs as well as any I've tried. It's great to have large quantities since they last for weeks. While the cooker shuts itself off, if it isn't unplugged right away, its surface does get scorched and needs steel wool to restore the shine. I just use a Dobie, not perfect but I don't want to damage the surface. It's fine to use, and is the one I would buy again, unless the solid steel West Bend is available. Maybe not if a person wants this high-capacity one. I'll see if it lasts. If you're thinking of trying a microwave cooker, well, mine was just ok.

So convenient!
I was skeptical when I ordered this because let's face it, boiling water isn't hard, and I wasn't sure if this gadget was really necessary or if it would just take up precious cabinet space. But, I LOVE it. Our family of 6 eats about 4-5 dozen eggs per week and 90% of those are hard-boiled. It is a super easy before school breakfast and a great grab-and-go snack in the middle of a busy day. So, this egg-cooker has been great and has saved me time. Add the small amount of water (use the cup provided to get correct measurement), poke a tiny hole in the bottom of each egg (also with tool provided), push the power button and walk away. I usually do 1 full dozen at a time and it takes about 24 minutes. It shuts off itself when the cooking is finished and makes no sound. Clean up is only using a dish towel or paper towel to wipe off the moisture and then back in the box it goes until next time. Eggs are perfectly cooked and peel easily every time. No guess work about cook times, no blanching the eggs, no cracked eggs with a messy pot to clean up. Always perfect!! Would definitely recommend.

Works really well, but kind of plastic
I thought this would be a more sturdy, substantial item for almost $20, but it's thin plastic and very small. It does work well however. I've made 14 hard-boiled eggs, and used the small omelet tray. You need to poke holes in the eggs for the hard-boiled eggs (I've never done that before). There is a tiny needle supplied that will do this. Remember to pour the water in and get everything ready before pulling into the wall outlet. The water heats up very quickly. So far, it's been working well, I was just surprised by the "daintiness" of it.
