I have other tripod smartphone holders, and they have annoying shortcomings. I love this one because it just plain works. It is versatile enough to do everything I want. It is quick, intuitive, and easy to use. The size and weight are excellent. I TRUST IT to hold my phone. Bottom line: This is a product of enlightened design, solid engineering, ideal materials, and high-quality production standards. I can't give it six stars, so five will have to do.

I love this thing. I have been using it for real estate photography and it works great. I use my phone as a monitor to have a better view when photographing homes and this helps me mount it secure on top of my camera so I have a much better view. Sometimes I even default to using the phone for photographing homes and it helps disguise it so the homeowners don’t get anxiety of why is this guys using his phone. lol. They always get a great end product!

Strong and durable accessory for my mirror less camera. Handy to hold a small monitor. Get it. It works and very tight. Should last a long time.

I really enjoy the quality craftsmanship, and the only reason I removed one star is that it BARELY fits my S24Ultra with a relatively thin rubbery case. In order to remove my phone, I need to slide it out, instead of opening it. I wish it were about 1/8 to 1/4 inch wider opening. The springs are strong, and hold the phone well. The value of this is worth having quality aluminum over plastic. I doubt it will break. I love the fact that it goes in the hotshoe for my camera, but I can use the 1/4 screw mount as well. The feel is very solid when turning from portrait to landscape, and it has a nice "tactile feedback" when you hit that perfect 90 or 180 degree rotation. It does hold my Galaxy 24Ultra without the case just fine. I like the grippy pads on the inside, to ensure you phone won't slide. Overall very well made.

This is great for when I want easy access to my phone during a photoshoot. Sometimes for reference to remember the shots I want to get, taking videos for social media, and sometimes to keep track of time during a session. Well made and sturdy. I don't fear that my phone may slip out or that it will wobble and be a distraction.

This is great. I used it to hold my phone on top of my camera and this thing is solid. Grips the phone. ERT securely and there are no knobs to tighten when adjusting. Friend saw it and now they’re ordering one.

This is an easy five star. The thing was so cheap and it’s made entirely out of sturdy metal. The bending points are extremely durable. What an insanely cheap way to get a bigger screen on your camera.

Good quality made out of metal. One thing I should say is this. If you have a pro max phone with a thicker case, it can only fit by sliding the case sideways. And it was a tight fit. Otherwise worked great to mount a phone to my camera.
