Worth it.
Update 4/27/2019Ive now been using these glasses for about a year and 4 months and theyre still holding up perfectly. I own both the outdoor and indoor pair of havens. I cannot thank this company enough for making these glasses. Do they fix the problem? No. But they sure help. I wear my indoor from the time i wake up to the time i go to sleep. I noticed some reviews on here talking about the redness it makes things seem. I dont find it to be that bad. Was it weird at first? Yes. But the red hazy feeling people talk about quickly goes away as your eyes have to adjust to any kind of glasses. And its funny because you dont realize how blue the world is until you take them off. So i actually kind of enjoy the warm feeling they make you see. Even during winter when its really blue outside and depressing feeling these will make it warm and more relaxing so please dont let people talking about the red scare you off you should definitely try these because you can return with no problems. I actually had a problem with the outdoor pair the lense was loose and i contacted the company and they shipped me a replacement right away and the pair they sent has been good to me. I REALLY wish I had known about these glasses a long time ago.The indoor ilI wear all the time as stated above. Theyre good for overall sensitivity to light and screens blocking out more blue light than your typical blue light glasses because of the tint. The outdoor are amazing for stores and being outside. I cant drive because of my daily migraine and the blurryness it makes my eyes be but when i am riding in the car at night in the passenger seat the lights from other drivers do not blind me as bad.So both of these glasses, indoor and outdoor, are definitely worth trying. I only bother to write this review because they offer so much relief and id like more people to have some kind of relief like me.Original:I have been suffering from chronic migraine/extreme light sensitivity/photophobia for 11 months now and just discovered these glasses last week. Results are different for everyone, but while they havent stopped my migraine even though light is a trigger, there is definitely some relief just being in a store im not 100% blinded by all the light when I wear these so to me that is worth it. I still cant look at computer screens but when I did test these out on one there was a huge difference, as soon as i lifted the glasses off i went into vampire mode on the computer screen so they should help for some people that are extremely photophobic like me. Going to be ordering the outdoor pair next. The curved design is nice and while I am a male i was a little self conscious about wearing the rosey tint in public, I didnt care once i realized the little bit of relief they gave me and now i wear them with pride. Thank you so much theraspecs.

My doctor approves! They work! Stick with it, it might take a little time
Pros!:These things are great. The first time I put them on I felt my eyes relax instantly. I had no clue there was even anything wrong with my eyes, I always thought my light sensitivity was normal - lights can be bright :PThese things help you in 2 distinct ways.1: They make your eyes relax. You will feel this immediately! Right after you put the glasses on. It is an amazing moment that anyone with migraines/light sensitivity should experience.2: They make your migraines go away - once your eyes have been relaxed enough. This can take some time for some people. You might still have migraines for a couple weeks, but if you stick with them and wear them all day - or at least while near LEDs/screens - you'll see an improvement in your migraines as well, it just takes time for things to balance out. Some slight cons:These things are one size fits all, like many normal glasses. This means that the ear pieces won't be perfect for you. You may find yourself with them sitting crooked, or one side sliding down more than the other, or that they just fall off of your face. You will want to take these into an eye glasses place and ask them to form the ear pieces for you. They put them in some very hot sand( or something?) and that makes them malleable to form to your head's shape. You may try something similar at home but make sure you heat them - you cannot bend the arms without heating, you'll just ruin your glasses.A slight con of these glasses as I've noticed (may vary with individual) is that some folks where I live treat me differently when I'm wearing them. I can only assume they think I'm a punk or some stoned hippy or something. My experience is that when I wear these glasses I am more likely to be viewed as a thief or liar. I am regularly asked for ID/some sort of proof when doing things while wearing these glasses - picking up a prescription, going to the bank, leaving the grocery store, it's to the point that I will often take them off after checkout at the store to not be stopped on the way out for someone to scrutinize my cart for whatever they assume I stole. This might not bother some folks, but some days I find it quite annoying for people to have one more reason to assume I'm garbage before they interact with me.Finally, you will get folks who make fun of you, or at least bring it up in an unpleasant way. I got these while at my last job, and most everyone was cool with it, since they knew me as a person before I got them. I moved to a new job a couple months ago, with these glasses on for my first day, and have been pointedly made fun of by most folks in the office already.Overall:The judgment doesn't bother me, these things are amazing and no jokes will make me want to have my migraines back, but it's definitely something to consider before purchasing. If you have social anxieties, or serious "I have to fit in" complexes, you might find yourself very stressed out by how folks react to you in these glasses. On the upside, it's like a free maturity meter for everyone in the room with you :) quite entertainingI will be buying another pair to have a second style on hand, and definitely replacing when something happens to you.

Too small for my face shape. Not flattering on me
I’ve had chronic migraines since I was a baby. Before I could talk. My mom said she’d have candles burning after cleaning and my eyes would be so red and I was always crying. Long story short. Sunglasses have always been a part of my routine. But I saw on instagram where someone was wearing migraine glasses.. I had never heard of such. Probably bc I’m the only one in my family who gets them. But I went on a search. I wish I would have chosen ones with bigger frames bc this is really expensive for me to buy and not like them like I wanted to. I loved that they came in their own case. I still wear them when I go pick up my prescriptions or I have to go into public to get something I need quickly. Just not full eye coverage and I’m finding myself still having to cup my hands around the top and sides of my eyes. Did I order ones for kids? Idk or maybe I’m just used to huge sunglasses 😎 but everyone’s face is shaped differently, just wasn’t the best fit for me

They work
These are my second pair of theraspecs. I bought a set a few years ago when I started to get migraines and leave them at work for relief when needed. In the times of covid where snap lockdowns separate me from them I decided to buy another pair for home.I highly recommend these for anyone who suffers from migraines.

Notice a difference
I have developed a recent light sensitivity so I initially purchased a pair of polarized sunglasses from the drugstore. These were ok on a cloudy day but i couldnt handle even looking outside on a sunny day. So I ordered therapecs as a last ditch effort to go outside. We still have snow on the ground, which I find so hard with the glare. I was able to go outside for a little bit with these glasses. Im not sure if summer will be better with less glare but I will be able to at least sit outside in the shade for a bit. They arent going to solve my ability to drive long distances though. I do think the glasses were worth it for me, just to give me a little bit of freedom.
