This is an excellent product. Modestly priced and packed with the necessary essential nutrient's the body needsto function at its optimum. I've been taking it twice a day for about a month. If you have a bad stomach, don't take 2 pills daily immediately. It took me over a week to realize the connection and stop though:( I hope I save at least one person from the pain.I took zero product for 2 weeks. Then restarted with a half pill only. Over the month, when I felt well I up the dose to two half's. **In my situation, two half's work better than one whole. It just took me time to figure out what worked. I am only going to take the two half's for awhile.*Finally, about out the product, Lol. I definitely can tell a difference. Taste isn't bad and the value is amazing. I was able put the whole family on it due to its low cost. FYI, none of the three males(70,19, & 19 that is extremely picky) had any stomach issues. definitely a winner to me🩵
