The fit is great on my 8. I detest covers that are really thick and basically turn it into another phone version. I was surprised how attractive the back of the phone looks to me and these aren't even colors I really like.We'll see how it ages with UV. Every clear case I've used, no matter what they say, turn a very ugly yellow within a year. I do hope this one lasts longer, I'll try to remember to report back.

I bought this case for my first I phone 8 and it worked great, still looks as good as it did when I bought it 2 years ago.I bought the clear case for my new red I phone 2020 SE and couldn't be happier. I dropped my old phone numerous times because of Arthritic hands, with the case and screen saver I never had a problem. My screen save had crack on it so I changed to a new one and was amazed when I took it off it was cracked in a lot of pieces and crumbled when off the phone. It doesn't look like much but does an excellent job.

Why is this an excellent case!Well, to start with it looks great on the phone and your original iPhone back color with transfer through the glass back of the case in all it’s glory. The fit is excellent, the case has not loosened and is as tight firm fitting as the day I placed it on my new 2020 Red SE. The edge perimeter of this case is also transparent but is made from a more firmer type of what I would say is a type of silicon or maybe what would be a thicker more hardy plastic composite. The edges are more grippy than glass with softer texture for more drop type protection. My SE charges easily and without hindrance on my wireless charger. The case has approx a 1 to 1 1/2 mm raised edge around the perimeter of both both the front and back of the case to help protect the Apple screen and the already protective tempered glass back of the case. Of all the aftermarket cases I have used over the years this clear case on my phone is easily the best case I have used and would highly recommend and would venture to say you would find it to be to your satisfaction. If you would like added protection to the glass Apple screen on your phone then I would think a tempered glass screen protector would give you all the protection you would need. If you have concerns over the added weight and thickness of this case let me say it adds absolute the minimum of thickness and heft to your phone and is likely one of the best ways to jeep the original look and size of your phone.
