what a time saver

I bought this early in the season before I had honey to test the unit. By the time I had honey to bottle I was outside of the return or replace window from Amazon. I had a defective unit out of the box and the only option I had left was to return it and pay a restocking fee which essentially cost me 80$ and on top of that im bottling honey the slow way out of a bucket with gate.I'm going to buy the hillco version of this machine because it will come with a 3 year warranty and I know I'll get a native English speaker on the phone if there are any issues.

Overall, this works perfectly for what we need for our small business. That being said we were sent a used machine that still had residue on it from previous use. It also had permanent marker writing on it from where whoever used it previously marked how tall their containers were on the metal bar that holds the spigot. Wow overall I am happy with the machine. I am incredibly displeased paying full price for an obvious second hand unit. I would’ve been happy to purchase a secondhand unit at a discount, but painful price there is an expectation that this will come clean and not previously used. A buyer beware.

The media could not be loaded. the system is well packaged and delivered on when said. I had two issues with the system that were remedied. The description and the packaging states there are two nozzles included but the package only came with one. The second one was delivered when requested. The bigger concern was when using the system for honey it would fill several bottles and then begin to reset midway through filling a bottle. Vevor help resolve the issue. I am guessing that my honey at 72 F is to viscous and would cause the electronics/motor to overheat drawing the power down causing the controller to reset. Vevor had me reduce the max speed.Follow the procedure below ① Turn on the unit, press the (SET) button once, then press and hold the (SET) button to enter the internal settings:2.Press M2 five times;3.Display: (6) Current spdde, then press M3 or M4 to add or subtract to set the flow rate to 70%.used multiple times since with no issues.4/26/2025I have been using all season without any further issues

This is such a great Machine. It saved us a lot of time

Unfortunately this had to be returned, I tried multiple times to prime this pump. I followed all directions and instruction materials but could not get it to pump.

Works like you'd expect it. No issues at all. Saves so much time. Honey doesn't even need to be heated.

Had to return DOA, scale did not work on arrival constantly reset during manual operation also. If scale worked and didn't reset constantly during manual operation this thing would be AWESOME. It would be great if Amazon would replace this, first time I have not been able too replace items I am shipping back getting refund and repurchasing. Really wanted/needed this to work use it for honey; previously purchases the parastalic pump for syrup bottling it worked great decided to try the geared machine for honey and the pump part works fantastic for honey makes bottling easy and super fast.
