Q: How secure is this on a belt? Keys fall out ever?

Haven't had a problem dropping keys. I have one of these for each (4) set of car keys.

Q: My key chain belt loop broke can i get a replacement part?

Try asking Amazon customer service. If you bought it recently, check your orders in your account as there may also be an option to return or replace it.

Q: Will this scratch designer leather belts?

I don’t believe so. There are no sharp edges and titanium is not corrosive like aluminum or copper. I have no marks from this on my leather belts. If your designer belt is a coated/laminated faux leather or vinyl, I’m not sure if it would scratch, but I doubt it.
