Makes a huge difference and really makes you concentrate on your breathing whilst training. One tiny criticism that if you have a beard it will stick out of the side bits and make you look weird. But if you're running on the road wearing this people will look at you like you're weird anyway so what does it matter. Fantastic product though and so far feels really well made. Great to have the option to change the resistance on the move without changing valves over.
