I bought this in April 2024 so it’s been over a year and a half and the drive is running well. I’ve never heard of this brand for some reason but I understand they’ve been around for quite a while and I’ve had no problems with this drive. It’s actually very fast. I use it on my Mac mini and it recognized it very quickly. I formatted it to the format I wanted and I’ve never had a problem with it. Large amounts of data mov very quickly. I also bought a 6 TB version as well. This company seems to be very solid and I would purchase this brand again.

The price and the space were almost too hard to believe. I wasn't born yesterday, buddy. I know you're going to send me a cheap piece of junk....but NOOOO! I was wrong and happily so. I use this hard drive to hold all of my media for my Plex Server and its great. The speed is fast. The case and LED lights are aesthetically pleasing on my desk. It's small enough that it tucks right in next to my desktop. I dumped my old HD onto it and downloaded another few TB's of media and it's still has more space free than my last HD had altogether. I was worried by some of the reviews but have no fear. This drive is great! It's fast enough to stream all of my media at HD or 4K over WiFi and remotely to my followers with no lag. If you are thinking this is too good to be true...you'd be wrong like I was. Bite the bullet and buy one. You won't be disappointed.

So far so good. This ended my storage issues for multiple devices. Lot's of room to spare.

Good cheap mass storage. But not without issues. Somehow it frequently locked out my wireless keyboard. Don't know why but eventually figured out if i shut it off except when using it the problem went away. Slow but reliable with lots of space for low price. Recommendable for someone who needs cheap storage and doesn't mind slow speed and possible inconvenience like my keyboard problem.

Works great. AND the GoHardDrive warranty people were great too! I had some questions and their response was as they promised in their warranty statements: "We will make you smile again."

Piece of junk. Failed after 6 weeks. Would no longer mount on my Win 10 workstation.

Honestly best one for price , good quality and it’s quiet .

i bought this hard drive last week,and its great. you just plug it up,and my win 11 pc recognized it. i bought cause i lost like 4 tbs of games cause my win 11 pc with 2 wd drives suddenly stopped working after a new windows update. but im glad i brought cause i got rid of 2 drives,and i got 13 tb of storage. so i downloaded 5 tb of PC games and still got about 8+ tb of space left. it is also the fastest had i ever had cause it downloads more faster then any had i owned along with my 1 gb speed internet. it downloaded a 139 gb in about 40-45 mins, another great thing is it has its own power so your system power it not affected. its just a good solid hd so it gets 5 stars from me, and my PC storage will last a lifetime for me. a good buy and 5 stars.
