Vitamin A from fish oil
My body requires its vitamin A supplementation from fish oil. Dry vitamin A does not provide the same positive effects for me. But fish oil vitamin A has become very scarce on the market. So I was very happy to find this Blue Bonnet supplement. I am very happy with it.

Please don't change this formula!!
Please, Bluebonnet, don't change your formula.Your brand is the only brand I can find anymore that doesn't have Retinyl Palmitate as the Vitamin A source.Fish oil Vitamin A has helped several in my family during times when our lungs feel tight because of various lung conditions. We don't take it all the time, just as a little assist when the lungs feel tight.Retinyl Palmitate doesn't work for this. Only Vitamin A from fish oil does!!!

I bought these with vitamin B12 for itching, I dont know which one is doing the job, but golly, they are really doing the job, I have only be taking them for three days, and the improvement has been fantastic. So glad I read the review of these 2 products. I am on my way to be itch free, all over my body.Thank you so much.

Potent dose vitamin A in a tiny pill
The pill is tiny but it has potent dose of vitamin A. Too much vitamin A can cause very dry lips and dry skin. Vitamin A is fat soluble and it does accumulate in one's body. Best taken every other day if one consumes beta-carotene foods like carrots & squash and sweet potato .. beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A.
