We thought he was probably dead, but put him back in the pond and he slowly swam away. I bought this antibiotic to hopefully help heal the two injuries he had from the dog. The only downside is that you have to turn anything like UV lights off while you are using it, so you might get some green in your pond while those are off. However, this is about a month later, and my fish is doing great. The injuries are healed over. Note: the antibiotic does create a lot of "suds" on top of the water, just FYI. But since my fish didn't die, and the injuries healed over, I am assuming it was due to this product. How many oz per 100 gallons?** A: Hi Kate, The label says to add 5ml/50 (10ml/100) gallons daily for three days when adding new fish. Use the same dose for 7 days when treating infections unless it's chronic infections, then you double the dose. It also says 1/4 cup for 600 gallons. Our pond is about 400 gallons and I used just under a quarter cup. Be prepared for the foaming but it does go away. We dosed in the evening and most of the bubbles were gone by morning each day.
